Entire building smells like weed! All the employees are unprofessional! They harass everyone all day and double charge everybody and pocket the difference! They break into guest rooms and steal belongings! If you stand up to them they call cops on you and create lies! I am pregnant and have cancer and these people put me out because I wouldnt pay someone else smoking fee! Never smoked a day in my life! Now I'm downtown at the twelve hotel by Marriott best decision leaving that location I ever made in my life! Never again will I ever downgrade myself and stay at a ghetto establishment as these disrespectful belittling people. I gave a zero rating wish I could have gave a negative rating below zero! Worst worst worst location ever! Do not waste your money here trust me you get what you pay for and they super cheap so it's the worst of the worst here mark my words!

burner didn't work on stove bed tilts to the left smoke alarm hanging by wires phone doesn't work no one at the front desk 9 times out 10 tried to connect with GM with no luck (3 days) room wasn't properly sanitized during Covid 19 Staff excused it as "old property that people stay for a long period of time." I guess that means, they don't have to keep up with property

I was in town to care for my brother who was at St. Joseph's hospital nearby having a triple bypass. I had initially checked in late Monday night without incident. I had booked on hotels.com through TripAdvisor so I was prepaid and check-in proceeded without incident. after spending the day with my brother I realized I would be here several more days so I booked 2 more nights using the same method. The following day I was to check out from my original reservation and the new one was to start so from the hospital I phone in and spoke to a very nice young man asking if I could keep the same room and leave my stuff. He pulled both records and said that would not be a problem but that I needed to fill out additional paperwork whenever I returned. No problem. I returned to the hotel directly from the hospital about 9pm and when I gave the clerk my id (same I checked in with before) to get my new key when she tells me that the bar code on the back of my license does not match my name but scans to a woman's name. She tells me she can't check me in without a valid license. Of course I have no options as I have only 1 drivers license and all my stuff is still in a room I have no access to. After a protracted heated exchange she finally relented and begrudgingly gave me a key. I'm 63 yo and need my meds and testing supplies and some night clerk is playing games. I reported this to management via email and got the same can response as the rest of the complaints here. Pay up for a nicer place, it's worth it.

Very rude staff member who claimed to be the manager for this property. I had booked a room via hotels.com and the check-in was between 3 PM - midnight. When I called the hotel to confirm, the staff member told me that I would be considered a no show since I did not reach by 6 PM. My flight landed late night and I was stranded. Will not be booking again and advise the same to others.
