Mr. Hayes provided superb support and service to me and my friends. He was very personable and we enjoyed speaking with him. We learned a lot about him and his family background; and as such, we realized that we have much in common.
Awesome Customer experience. Johnny very helpful and personable. Marriott brand is consistent quality service. Customer focused. Guest rooms were clean and fresh. Lobby and other areas clean and inviting. M Club pristine.
My stay at Marriott Buckhead directly across from Lenox Mall was shockingly disappointing. The mirror in my room above the desk had dark spots and the cleanliness of the room was below average. In addition, the front desk charged the card that I made a reservation with as well as the card that I checked in with over $600 when they were supposed to only use the card that I presented to the agent at check in. I called multiple times to the Front Desk Manager to refund me for one night for my pain and suffering and she proceeded to say that she’s done everything that she did to help me. (Which was only $50) The appearance of the room did not slightly look like it did on the company website and is false advertisement. The rooms are not updated and management does not go above and beyond to meet the needs of the guest. The only positive thing about this visit was the kind valet service. Marriott Buckhead does not accurately represent the Marriott Hotel brand. Marriott is known for its “luxury, and legendary service.” However, Marriott Buckhead does not fit the description nor the city of Buckhead’s repertory. I worked in hospitality for years and understand the quality that Marriott strives for in each of their guest’s visits. I contacted the Director of Operations and he has yet to return my call. I hope corporate addresses these issues.…
Highly recommend. Awesome staff, great location. Staff in the Marriott Lounge were more than helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Lounge was super clean, and always stocked with fresh snacks. Will visit here again!
The lobby is well kept. The front desk is really wonderful. Housekeeping is awful and doesn't clean the rooms on the 6th "pure" floor unless you complain. People leave garbage in the hallway because no one takes it out of the room on a daily basis. Also, food in bar is old and has freezer burn taste. Pay more and stay anywhere else.
Amy and the front desk crew the M Club are so nice and just so helpful. The whole hotel, to me is how every hotel should operate. The level of detail this hotel puts into the guest experience is impeccable. I have enjoyed my stay here and will most definitely be my hotel when I come to Atlanta. Be sure to get a chocolate chip cookie. They are Devine. Keisha and Zane in the M Club were just so nice. The staff is beyond friendly and the food in this hotel is incredible.
We were surprised to be able to get a room for the night before the Peachtree Road Race. The start line is only a block away from the hotel. Amy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and the room was great!
The hotel is ok needs some updates. The staff is amazing from the front desk to housekeeping. You call and they come. The Mclub attendant was awesome!!! Very friendly, helpful and always smiling! It was good to be treated with a smile every morning

Nice hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Staff is very friendly and nice. They have a M-Club and the employee Keisha who works there was amazing and very helpful. The location of the Hotel is right across from Lenox Mall and not far of a walk to the Marta Station. Definitely recommend.
