This stay was full of ups and downs. UPS: Beautiful Hotel , GREAT Service, everyone at the hotel was GREAT! Front desk, Bell Desk, restaurant staff, an door men. Rooms were nice with a great view. Executive upgrade was worth it for us. The location is great.. close to everything in downtown. DOWNS: WIFI kept dropping signal while I was...

We made our reservations at this hotel as it was supposedly in easy walking distance to the Philips Arena where we were going to the Springsteen concert. I can't say much for the hotel, very plain, very business like, expensive for what we got. We had a room on the 20th floor, with 2 double beds (has asked for a...

This morning I tried to phone to make a reservation, using the hotel's main number, 404-659-2000, and pressing #1, as prompted, for reservations. I was put on hold for 7 minutes. So I hung up and waited half an hour and tried again. Again, I was on hold for 7 minutes before giving up. This is incredibly bad customer service....

We stayed here for one night prior to a flight home. As you might expect for a city center Hilton, it's huge and well appointed. The rooms are generously sized for a city hotel. The staff were generally excellent, courteous & helpful. It's more of a business hotel than a tourist place though it has all the tourist amenities and...

Overall, the Hilton is a very good property. It is well maintained. The staff seems very knowledgeable and is quite courteous. Nice room overall. My only complaints were that i requested a king, got a double. Also, my room location overlooked the basketball courts... not a view that I was hoping for. I requested something on a higher floor or...

Staying at the Hilton in downtown Atlanta right now. It's a hit and miss experience. Staff is nice, albeit not the most committed. The room is decent, but could use a full rehab. Housekeeping is simply sloppy. Moved into the room Sunday evening, and there was trash from the previous guest in the room (and no, I'm not talking about...

We stayed here for Christmas break. It was almost perfect, everything is nearby visited the Georgia Aquarium which is a few blocks away. Front desk very knowledgeable of events around the city, bedroom and bathroom very clean. Only problem parking the Hilton shares it with another building and drove about an hour looking for a spot.

Good location for anything you want to do in town. Rooms are quiet, restful. No real restaurant in hotel, but decent selection of snacks/sandwiches/desserts available in lobby 24/7 AND walkways connect to restaurants in Marriott Marquis and food court in Ptree Center.
