The first clue was the notice in the elevator about being loud. I thoughtoh brother rowdy people. They treat this facilty like a prison. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Checked out 4 days early.

Antonio P Brown is an awesome server!! He was so attentive, polite and over accommodating. We sure appreciated all he did for us at breakfast. He offered us extra water for our water bottles. This helped us as we traveled. Great guy and so kind to us.

Overall we didn't have any issues at the hotel. The room was as expected although I'm always a little weary of carpet in hotel rooms. Bathroom was very clean. There isn to housekeeping due to Covid and I wasn't aware so you have to ask front desk if you need additional amenities. There is also no room service available for the time being so those are minor inconveniences but it's understandable considering the circumstances, just wish they would indicate all of this BEFORE customers book. I read online that the marketplace was 24 hours so one evening it was 10 pm and I was STARVING so I went downstairs to get something from market place only to find out that it had closed early. It was too late to get anything delivered so I went hungry for the night. That was the only huge inconvenience. Guests were not enforced to wear masks, I saw plenty of people in the hotel without one but maybe they just slipped by the staff. It's a decent stay for the price considering it's in downtown, close to many restaurants and the room are in good shape, but nothing phenomenal or above average.

Room to small for 4 not spacious like the Embassy Suites. COVID precautions were taken. The room was on the street side so, the noise caused a somewhat sleepless night. Parking does cost, the garage is across the way from the hotel and I wouldn’t trust being there alone at night. I’ll pass staying at this location again.

Very disappointed in my stay. To start with, from the parking lot directions to the hotel are not clear. One of the elevator's from the parking garage to the main floor (that it shares with an apartment complex) has been broken for months. Waits for the elevator averaged 3-5 minutes. There was spilled drink all over the floor in front of the elevators. The hotel lobby and hallways were hot and humid, as if the AC was down. The AC in the room struggled, and at night wasnt able to lower the temperature below 72. The bottles of water that are usually present in the room were missing. Overall the common areas felt dingy and poorly maintained. In most cases this is normal, but not what I am accustomed to at a Hilton. Water temperature varies wildly, both scalding and freezing during a 5 minute shower. The beds were of course comfortable as always, and the toiletries were of the same quality Hilton typically provides. I have stayed at five Hilton properties this year and unfortunately this was the only one that disappointed. I've stayed at worse hotels, but I've paid significantly less for a better experience at other chains.
