Overall service provided is below par for a Hilton. Housekeeping is done only when requested in advance, but this is not informed during check-in. The breakfast is also erratic- buffet is laid out only when the hotel is busy! The overall experience is very underwhelming.
I was at the Hilton for a national conference. Everything we very good, especially the front desk staff. We really appreciated Katrina going the extra mile for us. If I was to be back in Atlanta and needed to stay at the Hilton, I'd look forward to it.
This is my first time staying at the Hilton Atlanta downtown location, it was amazing. I am currently a diamond so I take full advantage of the Hilton App, from the time of booking setting up payment arrangements to check in valet dining and checking out my experience has been nothing more than exceptional! I ran into a little plumbing issue in my room minutes not ours but minutes the minister corrected the issue was so amazed at how fast they resolved my issue I mean the minister reacted like a bolt of lightning. The staff was kind and courteous the food was delicious but he’s really miss Holly recommend the pork belly tacos for appetizer check it out . The hotel and it's amenities were enjoyable . Team Member Larry Clemons was very helpful during my stay. I had an issue with security and did due diligence to ensure my monetary and other personal items were secured.
Stayed at the Hilton for a conference, and although my stay was pleasant enough, the hotel needs a refurb - it was looking quite worn and dated. The location also isn’t the greatest but I understand that applies to most of Downtown. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had a choice!
I booked that room to do some touristy stuff downtown like Coca-Cola aquarium and just hang out. Hotel is very large so there's no swimming pool and the only food you can get is from the hotel's restaurant downstairs that's $20 or more for every item and it's $27 for the breakfast buffet. They do have a little convenience store in there with food and little items if you need it for your stay that's cheaper and a mini Starbucks. The rooms are okay just make sure when you pick your room but if you get double beds they are actually full size beds so you can't fit two adults on them I picked a room off of my Hilton app and use the digital key so I didn't have to use the front desk. My room was clean and pretty updated on the 22nd floor. The only issues I had was it is so noisy outside it must be next to a main street that they use for drag racing because every night there were cars burning tires and screeching by all night long I could barely sleep. And don't walk around at night it's very shady there there's lots of homeless people bugging you for money and any restaurants you go to are kind of junkie right now.…
Moldy bathtubs. Bursting pipes. Air filters that need cleaned or replaced. Blood stains on pillowcases. Sticky stains on the floors. Dirty elevator doors with obscenities. Blatant overpriced cash grabs at attendees. This is not a four-star hotel any longer. I stayed for Dragon Con and will be trying to trade my legacy room for one at another hotel. Very, very sad. This is my 13th stay at the Hilton Atlanta and may be my last.
Theirs is our go-to hotel in Atlanta! This is probably the 8th time we have stayed here. It is really in the center of everything. Walkable to everything downtown and the MARTA is a short walk from the hotel. With this location Atlanta is your oyster. This trip was awesome. A very friendly lady named Taylor helped us get checked in. She was fast and efficient and was even able to accommodate a couple of special requests. Outstanding job Taylor! We will assuredly be back.
No complaints. Ease of reservation. Ease of checkin via text. Ease of valet parking. Friendly and helpful front desk. Very accommodating to reasonable requests. Very much hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Great views. Quiet floors. Great location and within walking distance to major attractions. Simple billings. No mistakes or erroneous charges. Overall very happy with this Hilton. Our family had a very comfortable and memorable stay.
Room was nice. This hotel still owes me for a double charge. I talked to the finance team 3 times to the same person (Veronica) and was told my refund was going to be posted soon. I never got my refund. They said they would call me back and never did.
