I booked online. This place is scary. There was a homeless looking guy as security. The guests were out roaming all night. Kids running up and down screaming. My 8 year old said no way we sleep. My sheet and comforter had cigarette burns. The room stunk of weed and cigarettes. I would not stay again. Front desk guy nice enough. $85 was way over priced for this seedy place.

We cherished this lodging! The check in staff was so inviting and accommodating. He updated our space to a suite, and it was immaculate extravagance. There was a lot of eatery and shops close by. We would profoundly prescribe this lodging and will stay there when we do a reversal to visit family.

Checked in for a night while travelling, rooms are stripped down and smelly, no hangers, no door on bathroom, whole rooms stink. Informed reception and answer was sorry we don't have rooms, finally told themI am checking out and need a refund, promptly they fished out a room and shifted room. This is con job, how can you expect people to stay like this. This is hospitality Industry and not extortion industry.

During our travels we had a few very rough accommodations in Jordan and in India, but we wasn't expecting the same experience in the US. The only reason why we choose this motel, because it is on the outskirt of Atlanta. We just needed a one night stop coming from Natchez Mississippi and going to the Outer Banks. For one night it looked all right, since we didn't have to go through Atlanta, and in the morning we would be able to hit the road right away. The first nice surprise was a dirty ice bucket, after finding an empty place instead of the fridge, that continued with the lack of ice in the ice machine. Ice was served only by the reception. Next thing was a dripping sink, so after every hand wash or tooth wash we made a small flood in the bathroom. The room was non-smoking, but definite tobacco smell was lingering around. For some entertainment the phone was ringing some times with no one on the line, so I had to leave the phone off the hook to provide us a quiet night. When thought it can't be worse, there came another nice surprise. During the check in, the girls at the reception asked for my credit card, a normal procedure. What was strange was that I got a receipt. When I checked it I have seen that it was about a US$ 57,16 payment on my AMEX. Immediately we went back to the reception, and told them that they double charged me, since this accommodation was prepaid with my Qantas frequent flyer points, and it hasn't any involvement with my credit card. One of the girls quickly disappeared, and the other one was constantly denying the double charge. It didn't matter how, and how many times did we tried to explain the circumstances of this payment (that the previous many hotels easily accepted) this girl was either an absolutely incompetent idiot, or deliberately tried to cheat me. They did in fact double bill me. Now the matter is with my bank, who is now acting in my name. My only advice to avoid tis motel like the plague. Before we used Motel 6 already and it was absolutely all right, but not after this experience . Never-ever again.

We arrived after sitting in 5PM traffic for an hour then had to wait 20 minutes to check in. They seemed to be sold out so we thought it must be good. Unfortunately it didn't take long for us to discover the bathroom sink leaked and the floor had no drain. The fridge had been removed so I went looking for an ice machine. On our second floor that had also been removed so I found one the ground floor but it was not working. Fortunately the front desk (after waiting again) has free ice. Obviously some repairs were in progress in this room because part of the bathtub plumbing was exposed although the shower worked. The rest of the rom seemed clean. There were few power points which is why we carry an extension board. We never tried the TV. The wifi was free but slow, possibly because the place was packed. They charge by how many adults are in the room, but it was only $57 for two so cheap. That probably explains why so many people were staying. There is no breakfast and I suppose for security reasons the front desk is still locked at 7AM but there is a small window on the side where a guy takes your key. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
