We stayed here while my son was visiting Emory. We loved the convenient on campus location and its proximity to restaurants, shops and the nature preserve. The hotel is situated among the trees at the edge of campus, and has a very relaxing ambiance compared to the bustling streets of Atlanta or even the hospital a few blocks away.

The lobby is large and beautiful. The hotel staff is lovely and everyone that passed us greeted us with a happy “hello” or “how are you.” It is also very clean. I found the beds to be quite comfortable and enjoyed the assortment of pillows they offered on each bed. The only thing I didn’t like was the translucent glass door on the bathroom. This means if you turn on the bathroom light at night it lights up the entire bedroom and awakens your roommate. I understand the intent of the design, but it isn’t practical at all when one is sharing a room with another guest.

I also utilized the gym, which was well equipped with cardio machines and weights. There is a full bathroom with a shower and towels right next to the gym in case you have to check out of your room early but still want a place to work out and freshen up before your travel home.

My husband is undergoing a clinical trial at Emory Hospital. Our rooms are always clean and they go out of their way to meet your needs. The lobby is gorgeous and very roomy and comfortable. If you opt for the breakfast buffet, it is very good with a wide variety of foods. They also special order omelets and eggs. I Love the location to the hospital and feel very safe with their parking . Parking is 15 bucks a night...sorry folks but that seems to be standard. If you have business with Emory Hospital they have a shuttle that will drop you off and you call them and they come and pick you up. I agree with another gentleman review the pillows and the beds are some of the best that I have slept in. We are there every other week, and I have never been disappointed!

We had a lovely stay at the newly-renovated ECCH while making a college visit with our daughter. The Hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. We especially appreciated the Coffee Shop in the Lobby which made our morning so much easier! Best of all, the complimentary shuttle service to campus was a godsend, including our wonderful driver Gary, and the Front Desk staff who oversaw our ever-changing transportation schedule. The newly-refurbished common spaces are airy and bright, and the new sofas and tables are awesome as we waited comfortably for a few hours before leaving for the airport. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looks very nice, too. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to returning!

We were here for the long Holiday weekend for a family get together. Alas a very disappointing experience. On the plus side, the hotel exterior and interior are lovely. The rooms are large and tasteful. The staff is a delight. Friendly and helpful although desperately in need of management back up. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and reasonably priced.
However the negatives outweigh the above. Numerous issues that could not be addressed by the beleaguered staff. The rooms although lovely were not furnished completely. We were lacking a table and chair and were told they were on “back order”. That is totally unacceptable. Housekeeping service was limited and you had to request towels. But you couldn’t request them on day one for a daily refresh, you had to contact the lovely staff at the front desk in person on a daily basis. Why, in person? Because the land line phone was not operating and couldn’t be fixed! No landline for 3 days! The bathroom was fine except that the shower water temperature had clearly been set a t a maximum temperature of Luke warm at best! Our showers were done pretty quickly, I can assure you. And although we asked for the temperature to be raised to a more comfortable setting, we never had anyone come to do it.
I guess when they get their furniture, fix their phones, raise the shower temperature it will be better, but honestly this is a management issue and I would suggest they improve quickly or find another job. The customer deserves better treatment.

Good Afternoon Mr. Troner, thank you for your valuable business, along with you very important and candid feedback. Please allow me to apologize on behalf of the entire hotel, as these issue, you listed did not meet yours or my expectations. We have discounted our rates, in place of the missing furnishings, but as a seasoned traveler myself, I truly understand your perspective, regarding the missing furniture and again, please accept my apology. As you mentioned, this is not your problem, sir it is totally ours. I have forwarded the comments about your phone, along with the water temperatures to our Director of Engineering, for immediate correction. Once again, thank you for comments and we look forward to the next opportunity to host you brilliantly. Sincerely, Troy Gonsalves Director of Room Operations

We were attending a “reunion” sponsored by Emory. The hotel raised their rates substantially and did not allow cancellations after December! It’s a very nice facility, but the rooms are below acceptable. The vanity isn’t satisfactory for 1 person much less 2. See photo. The shower floor is slick. It does not have a slip proof surface.

This hotel is located a bit off of Clifton Road so it is a quiet location. Our room was an adequate size for a one night stay. Everything was very clean. Parking is located below and there is a charge for parking which is added to your room total.

Stayed for a conference. Conference space was good. The room was not that great. My fridge wasn’t working, but they brought me a second one that wasn’t very cold. The toilet would run for a while after flushing and be obnoxiously loud. The bed cover always kept falling off no matter what I did and even when just barely moving the blankets. The guy at check in was nice. When I checked out, Mary was very rude and lacked good customer service. It left me with a bad feeling about the place. Food was just alright during lunch times. The Chinese buffet was not good at all. Didn’t try the upstairs restaurant. Bar staff was nice.

Had to find a last minute hotel due to a family emergency, had a family member admitted to emery hospital, this hotel staff was super cool about flexible checkout date since we were unsure how long we needed to stay. They set us up with a microwave and mini fridge. I was really impressed with how clean the hotel was and quite. All the stuff are being super vigilant about COVID -19 precautions which I really appreciated. I really felt safe staying here and would highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay especially if you needed to be close to emery or children’s hospital it’s 2 blocks super easy to walk to. And there is a bunch of restaurants close by within walking distance or to get delivery

Lovely location, place, and staff. Do NOT shy away from the coffee cafe; delicious! The pool is not what I would’ve called heated, but it surely wasn’t too cold. Call to make a reservation instead of booking online. We saved about $40. Enjoy your stay!

We are repeat customers —-Comfortable bedding, CLEAN, quiet, and gorgeous, peaceful grounds surrounding the hotel. Our favorite part of the stay is dining downstairs. The food is great, but service can’t be beat. These ladies always make us feel like family….thank you Lantania, Zae and crew!!! You are the biggest reason we return to this hotel. Thank you! I always recommend Emory Hotel to my friends visiting the area.
