We were here for the long Holiday weekend for a family get together. Alas a very disappointing experience. On the plus side, the hotel exterior and interior are lovely. The rooms are large and tasteful. The staff is a delight. Friendly and helpful although desperately in need of management back up. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and reasonably priced. However the negatives outweigh the above. Numerous issues that could not be addressed by the beleaguered staff. The rooms although lovely were not furnished completely. We were lacking a table and chair and were told they were on “back order”. That is totally unacceptable. Housekeeping service was limited and you had to request towels. But you couldn’t request them on day one for a daily refresh, you had to contact the lovely staff at the front desk in person on a daily basis. Why, in person? Because the land line phone was not operating and couldn’t be fixed! No landline for 3 days! The bathroom was fine except that the shower water temperature had clearly been set a t a maximum temperature of Luke warm at best! Our showers were done pretty quickly, I can assure you. And although we asked for the temperature to be raised to a more comfortable setting, we never had anyone come to do it. I guess when they get their furniture, fix their phones, raise the shower temperature it will be better, but honestly this is a management issue and I would suggest they improve quickly or find another job. The customer deserves better treatment.

Good Afternoon Mr. Troner, thank you for your valuable business, along with you very important and candid feedback. Please allow me to apologize on behalf of the entire hotel, as these issue, you listed did not meet yours or my expectations. We have discounted our rates, in place of the missing furnishings, but as a seasoned traveler myself, I truly understand your perspective, regarding the missing furniture and again, please accept my apology. As you mentioned, this is not your problem, sir it is totally ours. I have forwarded the comments about your phone, along with the water temperatures to our Director of Engineering, for immediate correction. Once again, thank you for comments and we look forward to the next opportunity to host you brilliantly. Sincerely, Troy Gonsalves Director of Room Operations

My husband is undergoing a clinical trial at Emory Hospital. Our rooms are always clean and they go out of their way to meet your needs. The lobby is gorgeous and very roomy and comfortable. If you opt for the breakfast buffet, it is very good with a wide variety of foods. They also special order omelets and eggs. I Love the location to the hospital and feel very safe with their parking . Parking is 15 bucks a night...sorry folks but that seems to be standard. If you have business with Emory Hospital they have a shuttle that will drop you off and you call them and they come and pick you up. I agree with another gentleman review the pillows and the beds are some of the best that I have slept in. We are there every other week, and I have never been disappointed!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the beds were the comfiest ever. Check in was easy and everyone was helpful and nice. To make it even better, Brandi (sp?) in the Club Room (the lobby restaurant and bar) was the best! She was so sweet and made me feel right at home!

The staff at Emory Conference Center Hotel was excellent. They have risen to the challenge of being understaffed and serving with a smile, consistency, and in no way did I feel my experience was limited by those challenges. Eric at the front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Zee and William at the restaurant were incredible bar tenders. Quintin, and many more whose names I didn’t learn but nevertheless was positively impacted by. Everyone remembers you and builds a relationship with you. And that’s what you want from a place. I definitely had a great stay with Emory!

This is a top-notch hotel. We choose the hotel for the proximity of Emory Hospital. This exceeded our expectations. William of the Front Desk staff is an exceptional employee. The owners of the Club Room restaurant. The food is outstanding. The owners truly care. They realized we were there for treatments and the food not only was delicious but the portions are super-sized. The shuttle to Emory is extremely convenient. The hotel is very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. The scenery is serene. Thank You so very much.

I checked into this hotel around 430 on a Sunday afternoon. I went to have dinner before going to my room. When I went to the room it was not clean (first set of pictures). I went to the front desk and showed them pictures of what the room looked like. The front desk agent nonchalantly said ‘Oh, it was marked clean in the computer. Let me see if I can find you another room’ No sorry for the inconvenience or confusion...nothing. She moved me to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. This room was ‘cleaned’ but not really. As soon as I walked in there was a coffee stirrer on the floor, the curtains were visibly stained and there was some grey gunk on the wall. The balcony (that I paid extra for) was a pond of water and covered in green and black gunk. The bathroom is so small that no matter what, water from the shower puddled on the floor. If my room was not already prepaid and refundable I would have canceled my reservations and went elsewhere. LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE are the reasons I will not come back when I am in Atlanta for work.
