We drove up,to the hotel , we were going to unload and check in ..easy right ? Not at this hotel . Instead of being greeted and welcomed to the hotel we weee yelled at that we could not stop there to unload and check in . The security continue to berate us. She follwed me into the lobby and told she hadn’t been rude and that she was a Security guard . I don’t if she was implying that she would call the cops . I really got angry and another guest did also. I have stayed here for TEN years . This is how you are greeted at the Emory conference hotel

I’m STILL amazed at the beauty of this property and the service provided by everyone who works there!! A few of our favorites- Lantania and Zuyresh in dining- always there to provide a cheery welcome with 5-star service. Dining downstairs is a MUST - lobby grill is good, too. Rooms are clean, views beautiful, pool is a hit, plenty of indoor/outdoor space for solitude. There are shops and restaurants within short walking distance. My granddaughters have great memories of our stays there and we LOVE to have a safe beautiful place in Atlanta.

If you want a beautiful hotel that has it all...this is it! EVERYONE kind and friendly. Bed and pillows were best ever. Shuttle guys the best...Alex, Gary, and Annias were truly amazing, Inspiring, kind, wonderful human beings! Breakfast bar delish...Zee, Barbara, Zuryash, Gigi, CJ -the omelet cook, are simply divine!!! The shuttle took us to and from the hotel to the hospital where my son was (we were visiting from Oregon) and I never had to rent a car. The front desk staff - Jumee and Antonio were friendly and accommodating, and Jason in housekeeping did a fabulous job in cleaning our room while there. The grounds were beautiful. This hotel had everything we could have ever wanted. There was also a server in The Dining Room in the evening that was very kind and I never got her name. I hope the next time I visit Atlanta, we can stay here for pleasure. It is simply amazing. You NEVER forget the kindness of strangers, and I feel like we left as friends. When you cry when you say goodbye to the drivers and buffet staff after an 8 day stay...that says it all! The only very minor thing I could say is I didn't like the toilet seats! LOL....to me from Oregon, they were an odd shape....AND I wish they had more gluten free options at the breakfast buffet and dining room as someone with Celiac disease. Simply the best hotel ever!!!!!

We haven’t stayed at Emory Conference Center Hotel in 3-4 years, mainly because of not traveling to the Emory area because of Covid. We had been hoping to stay here for graduation weekend, but it appeared sold out several months ago. We saw reservations open up on Expedia and had two nights which we could cancel elsewhere and so happy we did. This hotel is still great and even got a refresh and update. The breakfast buffet is still as outstanding as it has ever been with a very reasonable price. The rooms are good size, modern, with a good shower and amenities. Of course, parking is free and easy. It’s a quick walk to Emory for graduation ceremonies or just for a walk around campus. Management and staff goes out of its way to make your stay great. We checked out the day of graduation and they let us keep our car in the parking garage until we got back from graduation. There was no need to drive to Emory and fight traffic on campus to search for a parking spot in a garage. We had booked a different hotel for our drive home (more convenient to heading south to 75), but in retrospect, I wish he had booked all three nights at Emory Conference Center Hotel.

We were attending a “reunion” sponsored by Emory. The hotel raised their rates substantially and did not allow cancellations after December! It’s a very nice facility, but the rooms are below acceptable. The vanity isn’t satisfactory for 1 person much less 2. See photo. The shower floor is slick. It does not have a slip proof surface.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my daughter so that we could visit Emory. It’s a good looking hotel located super close to Emory, but the paper thin walls are a deal breaker for me. Here are some pros and cons: Pros Located a five minute drive from Emory Free shuttle within 1 mile radius makes it super easy to get to Emory. Or you can just walk. It’s 15 minutes walking and we did that a few times. Good looking lobby. Clean rooms with good housekeeping. Shower and bathroom were good as well. Cons Paper thin walls. Despite requesting a quiet room I was woken up by noise on both sides of me 2 out of 3 nights. One night I was fast asleep and was woken up at 1 am by a conversation about urine next door. I could hear every word. Unbelievable. Unhelpful front desk that doesn’t really understand customer service. I asked to move and they said they didn’t have any more double rooms left. I didn’t sense a real desire to help. I also asked for a smaller pillow since the ones provided in the rooms are all giant. Front desk said there weren’t any. I had to track down housekeeping myself to finally get a small pillow. There were random large paint marks on our room door. Normally I wouldn’t care overly much about the room door’s appearance, but in this case I think it’s symptomatic of a general lack of attention to detail at this hotel. Overall even though there some good qualities, the lack of sound proofing between rooms is a deal breaker for me. I’ll be back to the area visit my daughter at Emory, but I won’t be staying here.

Standard business hotel in a nice setting with very friendly personnel. Had a nice room with a good with a good view which made you feel you are in the middle of the forest. On the more negative side: loud airconditing and no opportunity to open the windows in my room. Staff is super friendly but oftentimes somehow uninformed and rather unflexibel. And last not least, the trails and jogging opportunities advertised on the homepage are not really suitable for early morning hours (important if you are jetlagged!) and people who want to do more than one or two miles - so we ended up finding out ourselves and running along the big streets.

Since we moved away from Atlanta over a year ago we have had a hard time finding a quality place to stay when we come back to visit. The Conference Center is absolutely amazing, service is perfect and always with a smile, our room was so comfortable and food in coffee shop and restaurant was delicious! This will be our “place” to stay from now on. Thank you to management and staff.

We had a lovely stay at the newly-renovated ECCH while making a college visit with our daughter. The Hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. We especially appreciated the Coffee Shop in the Lobby which made our morning so much easier! Best of all, the complimentary shuttle service to campus was a godsend, including our wonderful driver Gary, and the Front Desk staff who oversaw our ever-changing transportation schedule. The newly-refurbished common spaces are airy and bright, and the new sofas and tables are awesome as we waited comfortably for a few hours before leaving for the airport. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looks very nice, too. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to returning!
