I stayed 3 days and 3 nights at the Loews Hotel in midtown Atlanta over the Memorial Day weekend . I was in Atlanta for the Jazz Festival at Piedmont Park, which is held every year at that time, and location. I wanted a hotel that was walking distance from the park. There were about 4 hotels with a mile or less from the park. Loews Hotel was the only hotel of the four that was part of the American Express fine hotel collection. So I decided to go with Loews. Check-in was very friendly and courteous. I was upgraded to a King Suite, which was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and I had a great view of midtown. In- room dining was excellent every time. The wet bar had a nice selection. The lobby area had a very nice vibe, and the Salt Creek restaurant was pretty good. I only used them for breakfast since there were many food vendors at the park, I did in- room dining late night. I didn't do valet parking because there was another Jazz venue at Mableton Barnes Amphitheater that I had tickets for. I was given a key to get in and out of the parking lot. I think it was $50 for valet and $36 for self parking. Check out was quick and easy. My overall experience was great. Every was was nice courteous and accommodating, which means a lot in a hotel of that class.…

We chose to try Loews over another upscale hotel in area we normally stay at. We were traveling with our small dog and Loews is situated very near a dog park. The hotel location is amazing and safe. The property itself didn’t disappoint. The rooms were modern and clean. The spa was amazing. The wings at the bar were so good we ordered again before we left. This place is well deserving of its high ratings. We will be back.

Christina Shin was extremely accommodating and allowed my family to check in early at noon. The service was exceptional as well. After attending Ed Sheeran's concert, we came back hotel after 11PM and ordered In-Room Dining service. The food was quickly delivered with very high quality. We have used many in-room dining services at either 4 star or 5 star hotels, but Lowes ATL was the best experience. Check out after 1 night stay was very smoothly processed by Christina again and we had thanked her. Location of the hotel is also very great to conveniently access to many restaurants, nice parks, and business communities. I wish I could stay longer.

James went above and beyond when my daughter was having a problem with choosing off the menu because of her food allergies. He went and talked to the chef about her allergies and developed a plan. James saved her graduation lunch!!

Great hotel and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was great, with the exception of the wipes not being refilled regularly. The conference facilities were nice and very convenient while staying at hotel and attending conference.

This was my first trip to Atlanta. Loews is easy to find. It's location is within walking distance of many attractions. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the food was very good. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel to stay for a business trip to Atlanta. The rooms are spacy and comfortable, the Spa is terrific and the staf is friendly. I breakfast restaurant is good, altough i missed the regular buffet breakfast US style with pancakes, bacon etc.

We were treated courteously at every interaction. Not one dissatisfied moment. Clean, modern, professionalism. Attended an education conference and experienced all aspects of a conference hotel. We’d stay again without hesitation.

We didn't choose this hotel as it was where all the wedding guests were going to stay. We were surprised at how clean and quiet the room was. The bed was extremely comfortable.They let us have a later check out time because there was a brunch being served at the hotel for the wedding guests. I would happily stay here again.
