This St Regis Hotels is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. The pool is underwhelming in size, but the staff there is just lovely. Unfortunately, the valets are rude and careless... they almost hit my pregnant friend trying to back a Rolls into the center spot to show it off.

Front desk was illiterate and horrible and night service didn’t care. Was gonna book but afraid our group won’t be spending our money effectively. Booked Mandarin. Phone person was horrible! They didn’t care! Off for a great weekend!
