One night at the st Regis with parking will run about $760. The price point is just too high compared to other Buckhead hotels, and the service is hit or miss. The Whitley across from Phipps Plaza is just as nice (also a Marriott operated hotel) and was $315 with parking, a fraction of the St Regis cost.

First and foremost, I want to thank Imani She made my trip extraordinary. From the moment my fiancee and I walked in. I explained my situation and plans to propose. She made sure my stay was over the top. Thank you Imani, and team of The St. Regis ATL. Also I need to personally thank our server. Although I forgot her name. She waited on us inside the bar, and we moved to the patio. This past Sunday. I had an Angel Envy OF. And my partner had a grapefruit cocktail, with TACOS. She was amazing. She helped organize a Meat and Cheese platter, that was delivered to our suite. Again thank you all. James C

Super expensive, but splurged expecting a flawless and fabulous stay. The high point was the valet, who greeted us and took my rental away for the day. First shock- $50 valet parking fee. Mind you, we are in Buckhead, the suburbs, plenty of nearby parking, there is just no reason for this crazy high charge. Then, check in… we arrived at noon so room not ready, ok, my reservation says check in is at 3, we returned at four, tired and dirty, and the room was still not ready! We sat in the lobby until 5:00 waiting for our room to be cleaned!!! Room was great, no complaints there. Next morning we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The service was Horrible! It took forever to get my son’s omelet, and the order was wrong. They forgot to put in the turkey and forgot his toast. When they finally brought his toast it was the wrong kind. They charged $12 for 12 berries! Such over pricing is so uncool, Tobias, the valet who brought my car around was again the highlight of the day. St Regis, you lost me as a customer, forever.

We visited for a 1-night staycation, and it was perfect. Room exceeded expectations and was ready early. Pool area was lovely with very attentive service and yummy food and beverage options. In-room dining was terrific for dinner and breakfast. From check-in to check-out, we had excellent service, and we really enjoyed ourselves at this property. Short walk to Buckhead Village shopping too!

My husband and I have a tradition over years of travel. We always stay at the St. Regis in Atlanta for my birthday. We've enjoyed their service, amenities and close proximity to some of Atlanta's best restaurants and activities. The staff has always welcomed us on a first name basis and management has always gone out of their way to upgrade or make our experience memorable. This year however, has changed our opinion completely. We attempted to make our regular reservation three times. Calls were delayed, put on hold and not returned. Our normal contacts are no longer with the hotel and have been replaced with incompetent individuals who care nothing about service or respect for their patrons. Our inquiries were finally addressed and we were told that our loyalty was not acknowledged or respected when we were told to simply reserve on line and have a nice day. No service! What a shame and waste of years of commitment to an old Atlanta tradition. We will find alternative hotels that even during a pandemic put their customers first with service and respect. I would've reviewed this hotel as a 4/5 but now think of it as a 1/2 Shame on you, St. Regis!
