Recommend the Royal Suite for privacy, and romantic relaxation. Built in 1893 and lovingly restored with a facinating history in Atlanta's First Suburb - Inman Park. All the modern convieniences with Historic charm! Wonderful neighborhood for walking to great restaurants, the Atl Beltline and many historic locations. The Innkeeper is absolutely lovely and took care of our every need. Breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed here at The Sugar Magnolia for 4 nights. Upon walking into The Royal Suite, all I could say was, '"this is beautiful!" The room was all that I had hoped for and more! The bathroom was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. The Inn is in a great and quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to... More

Had a wonderful stay here, within walking distance of new and upcoming restaurants. Friendly neighbors out and about exercising and cycling. Quite at night and spacious, light and full of character royal suite. Delicious breakfast and warm hospitality, would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed three nights in January as I had medical appointments. Beautiful historic inn is located in lovely Inman Park. Spacious, peaceful and relaxing rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Kathryn, our hostess made our stay so memorable! She is an extremely shilled cook and was able to make perfect Dutch Babies the following morning after we mentioned... More

If you are looking to experience southern hospitality at its best this is THE place to be. The home and gardens were beautiful. Outside you can relax on the lovely, comfortable front porch, in the lush back garden patio, or on the private sunny roof top deck. Inside the rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated with all the details to... More

My love and I got to spend a night in the royal suite and it was AMAZING!! Time only allowed for one night but we will definitely have to come back. We loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia. The house is beautiful, and beautifully situated near to the Beltline and not a million miles from midtown. Breakfast was superb every day, and we also loved spending time in the big piano room on the ground floor. Thanks - you really made our trip to Atlanta very enjoyable!

Located in beautiful Inman Park area of Atlanta. Walking distance to so many great restaurants. The hospitality was just the very best. Kathryn is a jewel!! Her breakfast are delicious and served according to your specified time. The beautiful old home is just charming. One suggestion: if you are sensitive to light and are going to stay in the Royal... My wife & I stayed here for just a quick getaway and we LOVED it! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood & the craftsmanship in the house itself has to be seen to believe. We stayed in the Garden Room & we will definitely be back again. The inn keeper Katherine (Kathern lol) is so warm & friendly and... More

A delightful four-night stay. We were there for family business but wanted to explore Atlanta for a couple extra days, and this was a perfect location for this purpose. Nestled in an historic suburb of Atlanta, it is walking distance from Krug Market (a collection of spots to eat and drink), the Beltline for walkers/joggers, Martin Luther King birthplace &... More
