DO NOT stay at this Westin unless you want your property stolen. The front desk booked another visitor in the room I was already staying in. My belongings were then stolen, and they can't find everything. I lost my money, my passport, and other belongings. Even after calling the police and searching their rooms, it is still not found. How does a 4-star hotel make an amateur mistake and book another person into a room that was already booked? My weekend was ruined, and now I have to deal with identity theft, police, and follow ups for some time to come. This was a terrible experience that should not have happened at a 4 star hotel. DO NOT ever stay at this Westin, or any other Westin ever gain.
The Westin has been a great host to me. I’m here in Atlanta on business for 2 months and it feels just like home. The staff here greets me on a last name basis. They always ask if there is anything they can help with and offer as much service as they can during this COVID epidemic. So far I’ve met Patina, Micheal, Omar, Ashley, La’Shawn, Danielle and Sydney and I must say, all have great customer service and was very friendly. I’ve stayed at many Westin’s in the past and this is by far the best one when it comes to service.
We wanted to write a review for the hotel. Our stay was fantastic, especially with the covid restrictions. Big Mike, at the reception desk, was incredibly helpful, and our room was extremely nice. He went above and beyond.
I needed to get away from my "at home all the time" life due to COVID-19 and needed a day away. I was not disappointed with the Westin Buckhead. Check in and check our were easy and Omar and Brooke were friendly, helpful and accommodating. My room was upgraded to a higher floor (pleasant surprise) and I was able to check in early and get a late checkout. I also ate at the onsite restaurant, The Palm. The food was pricey but very tasty and a great experience. I am a Bonvoy member and liked the text alert that my room was ready. Also check in and check out were a breeze. I also liked the package of hand sanitizer wipes on the night stand with a bottle of water. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very rarely do I have such a bad experience with a hotel property. I am a Bonvoy member and understandably things have changed during COVID. This property does not have Valet service at this time as do most other Atlanta hotel properties. I booked this hotel for (3) nights and upgraded to a corner deluxe room. The front desk wasn't friendly and felt like they really did not care if I was there or not. Room service is not available and limited restaurant service at this time. The room was outdated and very basic. The phone did not work as well. For the price I paid for the room it was not what I expected and when I asked the manager for a refund for the last 2 nights so I could move to another hotel, he ended up only refunding 1 night of the 3 booked. I moved to another hotel for a cheaper price with much better experience.…
