This place would not get a repeat visit from us. Overall the room was nice. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Desk area was very useful and comfortable chair. We had a balcony room that overlooked the Ferris Wheel so we were pleased with that aspect.

The hotel location and bed was pretty comfortable but I was unable to sleep due to a leaky and constant filling toilet. After 5 trips from maintenance to fix this issue it was still unresolved after I left.
Check in was fine, hotel is a little run down. Service during our stay was not great found several staff to be rude and dismissive. Beds were not very comfortable- too lumpy. We had drinks in the bar and that was a pleasant experience- good service from our server.
