My wife and I came for a wedding at Ventanas in the Hilton Garden Inn nearby. I chose to stay here, because i had visited before on a business trip, it has a cool, retro, 60's vibe, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the wedding -- much less to many other places downtown. We took a Lyft from the airport, because we didn't need a car, and parking is expensive. Friendly staff.

This is an amazing hotel! The staff were awesome! Clean, friendly, and the view from our balcony was worth every penny! We will definitely be staying here again! Your right in the middle of downtown! Didn’t try the restaurant but we will on our next visit!

Where should I begin? I checked on Friday 10/16/20 and I checked out on 10/19/20. I selected this rating because, I was flabbergasted to find that when I walked in my room not only was the toilet seat up, when I placed it down there was Pee on the seat. Not only did I find that to be disgusting, but the room also was not clean at all. You advertise that you're working with Lysol and I find that to be false. How could you be advertising to be so clean and the rooms are so dirty? The next day I found someone's underwear and pants underneath my sink. I took a photo, because I couldn't believe it. A very small woman left her clothes behind, and the staff didn't even clean it. Do you know how disgusting that is especially with Covid going on? I mean UNDERWEAR!? Also, the marijuana smoking throughout the hallways & in the rooms was outrageous. Not everyone likes that smell, and I didn't understand why they let people do whatever they want. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything imaginable throughout your stay. I had children screaming, getting spanked every two seconds, screaming again-it was nuts. I found it to be quite upsetting that I was only able to get half off of one night, seeing as how I had someone's dirty underwear in my room. The toilet water came up twice. The walls on the shower had little hairs on it. The valet service was also horrendous, not because of the men operating it, they did a great job, but because you needed more staff for the demand. Also, because the room is so dirty, I refused to use the little coffee maker in the room, or eat anything out of this hotel, which sucked because then I had to go out every day. If we weren't told to stay here for a corporate event I would have left. I will never stay here again unless it's a life or death situation. I am really surprised that there were no roaches. If you do decide to stay here, just do as I did and make sure to bring Lysol wipes just in case. I also went to the store and bought disinfectant spray, which is not that far away as long as you rent a car. The location of this hotel is great, and the staff is friendly, but it's just not enough to stay here again, if you do have autoimmune diseases, with Covid going on, you should really rethink staying somewhere else that is safer for you.

I have been a Hilton Customer for years and we arrived yesterday at around noon. When we went to check in we were told that it would be an extra $50 to check in 3 hours earlier (I stayed I was a long time customer and was told there was nothing they could do) we left and came back around 7pm. We checked in and went to our room. The 6th floor hallway was musty and smelled of pot. We entered our room and it was musty and dated. The next morning it took forever to both get our car and also return it to the valet. They charge $40 to valet a car when you can park across the street for $7. When we returned our room was never cleaned. We called the front desk and was told that unless you request, they do not clean the room. I stated no one that upon check in could you please bring us some towels. They said sure. After waiting for 2 hours and no towels I decided to use one of the previously used towels. When I tried to take a shower it was ice cold with no hot water. I again called the front desk and the girl informed me a lot of people are taking showers that is why there is no hot water. I said at 9pm??? I have never in my life stayed at a hotel that runs out of hot water at night. This the the absolute worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. They have homeless people hanging outside the hotel smoking cigarettes and a police officer stationed at the front door, which was really unsettling. I advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to choose another.

The nostalgia theme with this hotel was a great way to reflect on 60s even to the decor in the room! The entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping, bartenders and even doormen....were all awesome!
