Staff was great! Major renovations needed . Rooms are old. Water doesn’t get hot. Guests are extremely loud. Prices are different for the same room. It just wasn’t a good experience at all. I won’t stay at this hotel anymore. Please do better.

Hotel's Favorite
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The suite was really comfortable, spacious and clean. Travelling alone, I was a little nervous about the thought of navigating my way around Atlanta, especially in the evenings. I had no reason to be. The hotel is ideally situated and I felt totally safe walking about the city both during the day and at night. I want to say thank you to Colton at Reception (I hope I remembered his name correctly) for being so helpful and friendly at check-in and especially for changing my room so I had a view of the park. Things like that leave a lasting impression. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

My colleague arrived before me due to flight delays and we were in a late night meeting on FaceTime reviewing our business agenda for the next day and a ROACH decided to join our meeting. THANK GOD I was not there. Things happen. In a downtown metropolitan area, I understand that these occurrences may happen. My concern was what has happened since then. 1) My colleague called down to immediately alert them of the situation and get the room changed. 2) I was the primary guest and the person paying for the room so I also called to speak to the person at the front desk who was UNAWARE of the situation. Her only remedy was to transfer me to the engineer who alerted me that the room had been moved. 3) At no time from TWO employees did anyone apologize for the incident. Maybe this is commonplace at this property. 4) I arrive later today and PRAY that I don't see anything similar to what colleague had to witness. DO BETTER!

I am a big Hilton guy and stay pretty much exclusively with Hilton. This was a bad experience. Party central. No social distancing or masks and the hotel was not enforcing masks or social distancing. It's not easy running a business in a pandemic but you have to try. This hotel is not trying. I have traveled during the pandemic and this is my worst experience. I wish I had checked out and left. This hotel needs to shut down until they come up with a better plan to handle the current situation.

This used to be our go to place when in Atlanta. Not any more. They blame COVID. I see it as cheapening the brand at the expense of the guest. No morning paper; breakfast items are served from sterno pans into plastic trays and items are never changed on a day-to-day basis. If you eat in the Atrium, your food gets cold in 5 minutes because of the meat locker temperature. If you carry to your room, you can reheat in the micro. Rooms are boring needing a total redo. With all parking valet, you sit in the street risking your car while waiting for the valet to finally get to your car. The staff is great but there is little else to praise.
