My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful hotel. 5 star service. All the employees were so polite, smiling, professional, courteous, offering to help with cabs, luggage, directions, umbrella, doors, ..... I know that sounds routine, but they genuinely made us feel like royalty. Location was great. We could walk the streets to great...

The staff is very well trained. They are polite and helpful and professional. You could tell that someone has emphasized customer service. Always greeted me by name and asked if there was anything else they could do. It was nice to have a courtesy car available to take us anywhere in the Buckhead area.

While we expected a great deal and all the bells and whistles that came with a very costly suite, we were somewhat disappointed. One of the balcony doors was broken and despite someone coming from maintenance, it...

Mandarin Oriental is the best hotel in Atlanta, and I have stayed at them all. It is better than the Four Seasons or Ritz. It is expensive, but you actually get something for your money, they deliver on all fronts.
