Valet was great. Helped me with my bags, brought the cart to the front desk and went to park my car. I checked in about 3:30 pm. Front desk staff were friendly. They gave me my key and said my bags would be delivered soon. In the room there was info on in-room dining but only gave info on the three daily meals. Nothing about snacks and drinks. I had a dinner event later so really wanted an appetizer or two while I was getting ready. I called the front desk. They said dinner service started at 5 pm but Room Service for appetizers and drinks would start at 4 pm. The valet who brought my luggage to the room confirmed that 4 pm start. At 4 pm I began calling Room Service. No answer. No VM. I tried calling the front desk. No answer. No VM. I tried the concierge line. No answer. No VM. I tried intermittently calling all of these lines until 4:40 pm when I just gave up. I guess 4-5 pm is break time for all staff 🤷‍♀️? Went to my dinner event and stopped by the bar for a nightcap to take to my room. Very good Old Fashioned and service. Room itself was spacious. Decor ok. But OH MY GOSH the pillows. Terrible. Thinnest things ever and smelled like an old man. 🤢💔

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and the entire time the elevators and our entire floor reeked of marijuana. Room was decorated nicely. Bathroom elegant and rooms mostly clean. There was some wear and tear on the furniture and some stains on the carpet. Probably time for Hilton to invest some money into renovations to keep up with the St Regis. Now makes sense why the prices are so much lower than the St Regis. Service was lackluster and slow. Bare minimum effort by all staff. Just not what you expect for a "5 star" property.

We travel fairly extensively and found the Waldorf in Buckhead to be very overpriced (with taxes and all the add-ons a standard king room was over $400). I do not know what makes this a 5 star hotel. While the staff was helpful and courteous and the room was clean, it was nothing special except the bathroom (it was large with two sinks, a soaking tub, and large shower). We were provided one bar of soap that we juggled from the shower to the sinks. The lobby was unimpressive and only two check-in attendants in a small side-room (attendants were very nice). We waited a considerable amount of time to check in. Our room view was a very close apartment building with little balconies. We could see people cooking dinner, lying in bed, smoking on the balconies, etc. Which meant they could see us too. So we kept our curtains closed the entire time. I am shocked that this property is able to charge that kind of rate—esp with all of the COVID-related reduction in services, like no daily maid service, no restaurant service except dinner, no coffee except room service (at $7 per cup plus tip). Next time we will stay at one of the hotels nearby for a fraction of the cost.

This was our first time staying but definitely not our last. Chereka at the front desk was so nice. We stayed in room 1214 which had a terrace off the living room and a terrace off the bedroom. I have never had a softer hotel robe. I loved the television in the bathroom to keep me company while doing my hair. The hotel was nice and quiet. You will see that they take social distancing very seriously being sure not to let more than 2 people on the elevators at a time, removing menu's however allowing you to view all information on your phone. The gym was so nice and clean. In the gym you will find every piece of equipment you need for an excellent workout as well as hand sanitizer for your personal use and sanitizer for cleaning the machines when you are done with your workout. However the best part of our stay that will make us return hands down was Giovanni. This young man loves his job and you can see the sincerity in his eyes and feel it when he talks to you. He was so sweet to bring us a bottle of wine and truffles for our anniversary. We were happy to see him again when we checked out. We will definitely stay again so we can try room service, the spa and see Giovanni again!

Hotel is beautiful and staff is very attentive and service was incredible. Front desk was very helpful from the beginning and Front office manager Carlos Pelaez made it easy for us to check in and enjoy our stay from the get go.
