Outstanding team and hotel. The Waldorf Hotels are a little expensive, but worth every dollar. The rooms are so comfortable and the sheets are fantastic. Loved Steven at valet! I will stay there again for sure.
My wife and I work together and had to be in Atlanta for one day of business. We decided to turn it into a long weekend and as we have stayed at the Waldorf Buckhead before, we selected it once more. We had an excellent stay again. All the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. The valets were great and we were so wonderfully looked after at breakfast by Chernel and Acham. We ate 4 breakfasts there and thoroughly enjoyed them and the service we received was very good. So polite and professional! We also enjoyed Cooper at dinner who was also a wonderful waiter. Our safe ceased to work and we called down to ask for assistance. In a moment both hotel security and maintenance was there and solved the problem so quickly. We give the hotel an excellent review as the staff deserves the highest rating. On this trip we stayed at two other Waldorf Astoria hotels and each was good but the Buckhead location was the finest when it comes to professional and helpful service. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea, Both Muhammad and Acham were fabulous. Thank you very much!…
Dubai-like service and style with Southern Hospitality in an outstanding location. From the guys that greet you outside, the front desk, service staff, and restaurant everyone deserves 5 stars. We went to celebrate our anniversary but I soon realized that I need to make this a regular staycation destination to isolate and reboot.
Not a bad hotel but only slightly less expensive than at Regis and not in the same class at all . Small bar with no pizazz, small windowless restaurant, non descript rooms (mine had lousy view) , does not deserve the Waldorf Astoria badge
We had stopped in to see the hotel back in October 2019. We were staying at the Four Seasons and weren't that thrilled with that property. We met a lovely gentleman at the front desk who gave me his card, he was the manager We decided to meet friends in Atlanta for my birthday and we decided on the Waldorf. I called and the manager Carlos was still there. He even remembered me. We booked a lovely suite on the 11th floor, our friends had the connecting room. When we arrived we were greeted by Carlos and his wonderful staff. The valet was superb and even gave me a little box of chocolates. Check in was seamless with explanations of services and our American Express amenities explained. Carlos provided a delicious charcuterie plate with champagne delivered to our suite. This was the service I had been longing after the long Covid ordeal. Our room was beautiful as was our friends. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Housekeeping was wonderful, turndown and thorough cleaning each day. Everyone at the hotel provided a welcoming hello every time we came and went. We met another manager in the hall who gave us his contact information if we needed anything. Valet was courteous and efficient. We had a perfect stay in every way possible, which made my birthday very memorable and special. A big thank you to the staff and management of the Waldorf Astoria Buckhead. We will surely be back !!!…
I took a day off to relax in their spa, Neither the whirlpool or sauna worked and I only stayed an hour. I called the General Manager 3 times to voice my concern and he refused to return my calls. Totally unprofessional.
The Waldorf is always a great weekend get away. Excellent service from the staff and management staff. Very clean rooms, convenient location , great dining options nearby. The room service, valet, and housekeeping staff all do an excellent
I have been staying here for years and i am always impressed and happy to come here. I enjoy the wonderful service that this wonderful hotel offers, the whole team is marvelous, and i thank them dearly! Carlos and his team at the front desk, the team at Brassica, which is a must to try when you are there! The follow up from Victoria and Danielle to ensure the stay was pleasant as always!!! Stay with confidence and enjoy your time in Atlanta.
As you would expect, the service, cleanliness, location, rooms and amenities at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead were outstanding. What really exceeded expectations was the staff. Lionel began serving us and offering special amenities before we even arrived. All the men at the door throughout our stay were delightful, professional and eager to serve. Abdul at the front desk arranged for an anniversary surprise for us and Taniecha, our server at Brassica (excellent) - well, she put up with me; a feat in itself. And she was also delightful. Overall, the staff was beyond excellent. They looked for and created opportunities to serve us and make our stay exceptional!
I've had much better service and accommodations at much less expensive hotels. I've stayed many times at the Waldorf in NYC when it was open and I had the same expectations at this Buckhead property, but it really fell short. There's plenty of other places nearby for a much better value.
