We thoroughly enjoyed our four night Christmas stay at the Ardmore. The rooms were quaint and clean, the bed and linens very upscale and comfortable, and Charlotte was a fabulous hostess. We felt very much at home here.

Sorry I don't know, but my guess is that the town would have gym. It seemed like that type of place. The Woodstock Inn must have one and I am sure you could get an arrangement for aguest member ship. Good Luck.
