Unfortunately no. The nearest small bar/ restaurant is about half a mile away. There is another strip of bars and restaurants a further 2 miles away. San Pedro is the closest lively resort. You do really need a car. I hired a car on-line in Britain beforehand for 8 days from bucket shop called DoYouSpain for only 25 euros. But you need to be careful with excess insurance and Full/Full petrol. The hotel has large rooms with excellent kitchens. The staff are really friendly and will help organise things.
