A good hotel with a big parking lot (inside or outside the hotel) When you come from the east you have to take very small roads in the mini towns. Do this by daylight. The road is winding very much and the slopes are steep. We leaved the hotel fromthe west side and only the first km was not so... More

Wondwrful view, nice food worth the drive into nowhere on a small dwindling road. Friendly receptionist receiving us and arranging picnic bags as a replacement for breakfast due to early departure. We tried both a mest and a fish dish in the restaurant and both were to our satisfaction

We've just spent a lovely weekend at La Garganta in one of their two bedroom apartments. We were travelling as a family with two very small children and a grandma. All the staff that we met were very friendly and accommodating of our babies. Comfortable cots were provided along with extra sheets and towels for them. The views from our... More

This beautiful hotel overlooks the lake and has views of the Caminito Del Rey. It is close to the end of the Caminito and to the bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beginning of the path and therefore excellent for those doing the walk. It is also by the train station and has parking for guests. The duplex... More

The reception staff were helpful, we had booked in for the night to do the hike in the morning, but they let us know it was closed and helped us rebook for another day. The hotel is right by the train station so very handy if you are using the train to get to/from Malaga etc and it's also the... More

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights as an access point for the Caminito Del Rey. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk to the shuttle bus to commence this walk. It was also right next door to the train station which was very convenient for our travel plans the next day. The hotel... More

Spotlessly clean, with lovely views around the gorge. You can ask for tickets for the walkway and they supply them free of charge! These tickets are normally very difficult to aquire so a real bonus. As there were three of us, we went for the apartment, but all the rooms were separated by fairly low partition walls, which made it... More

The hotel has the best views in the area. The accommodation is good but if you have trouble climbing stairs do not book the duplex it incorporates a small spiral staircase to the bedroom. We booked a duplex but the recepcionist changed our room. The hotel is full of character being an old flour mill, the hotel has a good... More

Good views. Roast leg of kid goat "chivo" and Roast pork shank "codillo" recommended. Don't forget to try the Tripled and chickpeas "callos" and Bread crumbs "migas". The "flamenquin" and "San jacobo" are quite big.
