We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed here for a weekend in June. We were kindly surprised by the space in the room, especially bathroom. It was unusually big. Everything in the room was clean and everything worked as it should.
Food: eventhought the first impression was that there was not that much choice/variety, everything we ate here was delicious. It looks like they focused on quality of the meals.
Pool: We used just the outdoor pool and I personally reccommend swimming in the pool and not in the sea at public beaches in Montenegro.
Kind and friendly staff. Covid-19 measures were taken seriously. Very good quality for the price.

If every hotel has one person like Barbara from sale department, there will not be any worries.
She is an amazing person who give her best to present fantastic offers of hotel to the clients and trying her best to find a solution for any of your business requirements.
Hotel is located on the sea side, beautiful view and calm surroundings. Servis is good, clean and spacious.
I will recommend this hotel for any kind of business meetings and sure my company will use it again for further appointments.

Food. Breakfasts and dinners. At the beginning you can see that they tried, and from the middle of the stay it was getting worse. Missing dishes were not replenished, breakfasts were monotonous, there was no option to order an omelette, dinners were a bit better (the watermelons ran out in the middle of the week). You can't order all à la carte dishes at the pool, even drinks (paid of course). Generally, the culinary experience deteriorated during the week of our stay.

In Bar for business and luckily only had to stay here for 1 night.
Once you have found a parking space you enter a nice , spacious lobby and the gentleman on reception was pleasant.
That was the highlight!! The rooms are in dire need of renovation and my ac unit dripped like a tap. The mattress and pillows had seen better days and there was a collection of litter under my bed.
Everywhere you look there needs some attention.
Would stay here again - not a chance

Nice hotel, very polite staff, it was very clean, towels were clean. Kid loved the pool, indoor and outdoor. Price for our stay was decent and I would recommend stay at this hotel. We took breakfast and dinner option, and meals were nice, only thing that was quite bad was juice selection. Beach in front of the hotel is close, but it's quite bad, rocks are bigger and it's close to the marine and I would recommend use of other beaches.

The hotel is just as presented online, and there are no hidden facts that are not presented. Hotel staff is very kind and professional, fulfilling all requested norms in attitude and hospitality. Generally speaking, the hotel is very good and acceptable - even, the management should pay attention to improvement of internet access and TV channels.

I really loved this hotel, location was great, my room was awesome, breakfast was good and wished I had stayed more than one night - but for a hotel of this caliber, it is disappointing you could only get wifi in the hotel lobby, you couldn't even get it in the room you had breakfast - in this day and age, wifi is expected!

We stayed at the Princess Hotel for one night. We arrived with no reservation and the hotel was able to accommodate our family of three. The price was high, but that's to be expected for a beach front hotel with beautiful views of the Adriatic and the mountains and easy access to the beach.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel had some unusual rules (for example, no "outside food or drink" was permitted to be brought into your room) however no one seemed to take notice or object to the fact that we brought bottled water and other drinks. In fact the hotel even recommends that you do not drink the water, so bottled water will be necessary). Free wi-fi was available only in the lobby. The pool area was beautiful and led to access to the beach. The beach is a rocky one, but still lovely for a dip. From the hotel, you can walk along the waterfront to any number of restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel is also an easy walk to a local grocery store and the train station. Breakfast included a nice variety and seating was available on the terrace overlooking the sea.

This hotel was a nice splurge on our otherwise economical tour of the Balkans.

One would expect a better service for 186EUR (double room). "Better" as in:

- Displaying price information in English at the reception (it was in their language only)
- Mentioning the price is per person when asked for the room rate (when I requested the price, I was given the rate for person, despite the fact my girlfriend was with me)
- Giving more than 1 piece of soap and 1 little bottle of shampoo in double room (we only got 1 of each)
- A clean toilet (the toilet in our room had a hygiene band around it, but was actually plain dirty)
- Real coffee and juice for breakfast
- Filling up the mini-bar (it was half empty when we checked in the room)

Concerning the latter, I was asked whether I had consumed anything from the mini bar when checking-out. I, nor my girlfriend, hadn't. When leaving the hotel we were stopped by the door man and escorted back to the reception where we were told we did consume from the mini bar: 4 small bottles of mineral water. In front of a pretty full lobby I was being accused of having lied about this. The receptionist then told me to go upstairs and sort it out with the room maid. I needed to accompany her in our room while she was going through all the trash bins in order for me to witness her finding the missing bottles. As we hadn't consumed anything, this didn't happen. Back in the lobby, the receptionist let us go on the verdict of reasonable doubt. This ruined the rest of our trip in Montenegro.

Dont be fooled by the name - this is not a princess.
We stayed at this hotel for one week i june/july 2018.
Plus side: located 50 meters from the beach. ATM in the reception. If you ask for anything, they will try their best to help you.

Down side:
Breakfast was boring and had very little to choose from.
We had to ask for the beds to be changed. And after 5 nights one should think you did not had to ask for it...

Bar has the worst beach ever! Dirty water, big rocks all over making it a bad experience to take swim or chill down from the sun. Painfull...

People who works their look really unhappy and sad all the time.

Communication: wow... i have never had worse communication with a hotel. It seamed like they really didnt care if we decided to spend our stay at their hotel or not. Not answering emails, not answering questions and not telling the truth.
I asked in my request if they had their own beach? They confirmed that they had a privat beach in front of the hotel, free to use for guests incl sunbeds and umbrellas.
But the fact is they didnt have this! Their private beach was a work in progress and it was ready for us to use the last two days. We had to pay in public parts of the beach.

When i asked if they were to compensate this, they laughed at me and said «it was allways a problem with me. Everybody else was happy, but not me...» Dont know where that came from as i had not complained about anything...
So as many had already wrote about this hotel, the customer service at this hotel is horrible! Absolutely the worsed ever...

In total an OK experience. Nothing else, nothing more. Just OK. Except the customer service from the sales dep, that was horrible!

Considering going to Bar? Go somewhere else.
Considering this hotel? Well... Ok, but dont get your expectations up.
