This is actually not located in Bran, but in a small village named Predelut which is just next. We stayed here two nights. Location is convinient if you want to visit Bran and even Peles castle from here. Room is big and clean. We liked the fact that it is very quiet here, like in a village. In our opinion, what you get is very good for the money you pay. There are a few downsides though: Last 500m of road is gravel. There are only two power sockets in the room so it can be a problem if you want to recharge more devices. And there is no small fridge in the room.

Visited as two couples and stayed in two lovely rooms. Very spacious and ample furniture & toiletries. Owners are very welcoming and it is a family business. This hotel has beautiful views of the mountains and the location is perfect - quiet but just a few minutes from Bran town centre. The best part of this hotel is the food! All of the varieties of ciorba are very tasty, especially the cow stomach. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area, and the price is very competitive!

Ho scoperto questo posto grazie a degli amici che hanno organizzato una festa e devo dire che ho avuto l'impressione di essere ritornata a casa! Tutto perfetto nei minimi dettagli con un panorama mozzafiato. Che dire, il posto ideale per rilassarsi e dimenticare per un attimo la vita quotidiana. Coccolati dal proprietario che ci ha messo a disposizione tutti i mezzi per un soggiorno da favola. A due passi dal Castello di Dracula in un ambiente cordiale,disponibile e pulito. Munito di una super cucina e barbecue...ecco...A me dispiace solo di non aver prenotato per più giorni...ma chissà, magari sarà per la prossima!

A really nice villa in Predelut, near Bran, Zarnesti area with a great view over the mountains. The rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the whole accomodation is almost new, very clean and well maintained, private parking lot included, barbecue place outside the villa, nice room/floor balconies. The only thing I didn't like so much was the bed that wasn't too comfortable.

Top. Disponibilità del proprietario. Parla perfettamente italiano. Casa grandissima un soggiorno e una cucina enormi. Anche le stanze con ogni confort ed enormi. Situato a 2 km dal centro di bran. In meZzo alle montagne.

Booked for one night through Booking.com Amazing view! We had room no 3 with balcony and view of the mountains - absolutely stunning! The house has a functional kitchen with all you need. Parking in front of the house.

The owners were very helpful - they told us the best place to visit, where to eat. the rooms are big and clean. The location is very beautiful and quiet. the barbecue area is great! There is a big front yard that is perfect place for kids to play. It's the perfect place to go recharge your batteries.

The rooms are spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, and we had everything we needed and even more. As it's a family business, the owners are very friendly and helpful and made sure that we have a great time and we feel welcomed. They provide barbeque gear, and free bikes. The location is very nice, quiet and with a great view. We would definitely came back and will recommend our friends to stay there.
