Went to this hotel quite a few years ago. The hotel was just like Fawlty Towers and the owner looked like Basil Fawlty! The continental breakfast was endless slices of toast and melted butter. The rooms were like prison cells. Cracked floors, broken light bulbs. The towels provided were harder than rock. Everyone had a key to their room but... More

Tried to check in at Coral Hotel, but was told it is full, and the reception recommended next door The Travellers Lodge, an unassuming place from the outside. Tried to get in through the main entrance but it was closed for some reason. From the reception area I could see someone directing me to an adjacent sliding door, which I... More

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Its near all restaurants/pubs/clubs/stores in Buggiba. The room was OK, the maid cleaned it every day, changed the towels etc...The staff was really nice. The funny thing is that they serve every day the same thing at breakfast, but if you want to eat something else, there are many nice places... More

We chose this hyotel due to the location (Buggiba) which gives you access to the whole Island via the Maltese buses. The owner has refurbished the hotel and he personally greeted on arrival. We are part of a group based in The nmiddle East and are in Malta for meetings. The hotel is ideal for the single visitor and you... More

We've just came back from Malta, Bugibba today, originally booked 4 star Topaz Hotel but were told by the manager there was no room(!) for us(and few other holidaymakers) and were put in nearby Traveller's Lodge. The hotel was terrible, no air con, very poor flow of the water from the shower, the water was only cold, no telly, awful... More

I booked this hotel trusting my travel agent, and I can tell you that it was absolutely OK. The room&bathroom was very clean, and every room has been renovated. Some of the rooms were still renovating during our stay, but they did the noisy work during our beach hours so we didn't mind. The hotel is managed by the owner,... More
