A lovely family run complex. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly owners and staff. If you needed anything you only had to ask, nothing was too much trouble! We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with nice size balcony. Choice of indoor pool or roof top with stunning sea views. Well located for beach, restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here across 3 nights to end our holiday after visiting Gozo. As mentioned by other reviews, this place is really good value for money. We stayed in a hotel room: it was clean, bed large (albeit two singles pushed together but still fine), bathroom clean and balcony a sun trap. Had a bit of a sea view which was nice. Paid for breakfast, good choice of English and continental! Staff were friendly and informative about the facilities. Pool area on the roof nice, maybe a bit small but not overly loud or busy. Mini market and gym nice additions as well. Really good location to the main square and plenty to do in Bugibba - good bus links to other areas of the island too. Reason I wouldn’t give it 5/5 was I think it’s a bit odd to ask to leave the keys at reception each time you leave the complex, but also totally understand why they do this so can’t complain. It’s not luxurious but excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again. Got a lovely homely feeling to it.

Went there for a short weekend trip with two friends. We had a nice room. Hotel and rooms are clean und comfortable. Breakfast with seaview was also nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Sunny on this point (super nice and funny guy at the hotel reception). Can totally recommend it!

We stayed in SunSeekers in apartment A7. No big complaints there, good room service, ok equipped . Swimming pool and the whole area however was disappointing. The opening times of both pools ( indoor and rooftop) were irritatingly short. Especially annoying was that the rooftop pool and the area around it were closed at 6 PM , so nobody was allowed to use the pool and enjoy the wonderful view to admire the sunsets and a view on Buggiba and the Mediterranean Sea. Our stay in SunSeekers would have been much better and more enjoyable if the management allowed entering the pool area to relax and enjoy the view. At least until darkness... shutting the whole pool area at 6 PM restricted us from using the facilities for which we had right to use and which were promised on most websites advertising this accommodation.

We've just returned from a week staying in apartment 213 (a 1 bed). Good size balcony (especially seeing the size of some of the others), and a great view of the sea (and quite a lot of cranes). There is a lot of building work going on, but the glazing did a good job of keeping the noise out, so we only really heard it when we were out on the balcony. Sadly we were faced with a cockroach about 10 mins after we arrived (it was quickly squashed, and we didn't see anymore for the remainder of the week - but did go out the next day to buy some tubs with clip on lids to keep things like biscuits / sugar / coffee in). Well appointed bedroom (sadly made up as two singles, even though we'd put on our requests that it was our anniversary). Towels changed every 2 days (even though they say leave on the floor for a change (which we did with 1 towel max each time, so not really adhering to own request to help save water). Bed linen changed every 4th night. I wouldn't call it full maid service (it's swept, bins are emptied and beds made on the days they come), but as an example the ashtray on the balcony wasn't emptied. Kitchen had just about everything you'd need (a pair of scissors would be handy), and all of the crockery (plates / glasses / mugs) are on the small side. 2 bin liners provided on arrival (and stocked back to 2 at every service) and a clean tea-towel every time (though these vary drastically in size). Bathroom - decent size shower, but some bigger shelves would be welcome (the corner unit was tiny), so the only place to put our washbags was on the windowsill (directly above the toilet)... and sadly on a couple of occasions stuff got dropped exactly where you don't want it). Plenty of (very) hot water. Pools - would be nice if one of the pools was heated out of season (May is only really the start of the season) and the weather is still really hit and miss. Best supermarket nearby is Trolees (which seems to be part of Carrefour), there is a mini market in the basement which is reasonably priced, but nothing fresh). To get to Trolees come out of the hotel, turn right, go up the hill to the top - turn left and walk past a lot of cafes / hotel / restaurants. When you go past Peking chinese (on the right) it's up the next right hand street on the right (beware it's the most confusing supermarket ever as it's on 3 levels). We found most of the staff on reception to be super friendly (George particularly), just one much older chap who worked evenings who was particularly grumpy! They were happy for our family to come visit (stepson, daughter in law and grandaughter live locally) so long as we let reception know they were coming. Great location in Bugibba - just far enough away from the noise, but close enough to walk to everything very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to return if our family continue to live in the area.
