This was our third visit to the lovely island of Malta. We wanted to stay in or near Buggiba as we've stayed there previously and there is plenty for families there. We initially booked half board at the Qawra Palace, but after a day or so, we decided to update to all-inclusive as the restaurant food was so lovely and...

I had made the mistake of reading trip advisor reviews and was slightly concerned when we left home. We arrived late at night, tired and hungry but the restaurant was open till 1am. The menu was very good and I was delighted to see that no meals were accompanied with chips!!!. The food is delicious and jawdroppingly inexpensive. A massive...

Nice hotel in good location, except Qawra has no nightlife. I would class this hotel as a three star.the food is good and plentiful but limited variety of fruit. Our room was nicely decorated but the bathroom needed some updating, broken tiles etc other rooms however needed decorating. There seem to be frequent short power cuts which meant I couldn't...

My family and I have returned to the Qawra Palace for the second time this year. We knew what to expect - the standard hasn't improved much, especially where cleanliness, quality of food and safety is involved. The entertainment certainly needs refurbishment, just like the dreary hotel itself. All, except Thursday night, which was a welcome change and my husband...

This hotel is lovely, clean and perfectly stituated. This is the first time my family and I have been to Malta, myself, husband and daughters 12 and 14 years. I would be honest this hotel is more for older children and above as not much for young ones. Entertainment is definitely for much older people ie rock n roll, country...

Beautiful view....prime location....nice hotel layout....food reasonable and good varied choices....but when my son was assaulted by another guest the management were at the very least incompetent or perhaps they were just protecting the hotel reputation at the expense of guests safety....reception and management were inundated with concerned parents....I do hope that the management have learned that brushing matters under the...

Have just returned from a week long stay at the Qawra Palace Hotel and a palace it is certainly not. If you want a basic holiday reasonably priced, like to eat and drink all day and burn yourself to a frazzle then this is the place for you. Like the many comments posted previously this hotel is basic but extremely...

Very nice coffee and wonderful selection of delicious cakes in the this part of the hotel, I visit it often and toasted sandwiches are mouth-watering too. Situation of hotel is best in the area as sunbathing area right next to the Mediterranean sea. Idyllic surroundings and everything you could wish for in this area.

Have just returned from a relaxing week at the Qawra Palace Hotel. I had read other reports before going but like to make up my own mind. Only thing we did make sure of before travelling, was booking a sea view room. It did cost us an extra £130 but well worth it. The other rooms do look out over...

Shocking, by far the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. Definitely NOT 4 Star, and will be beaten easily by many 3 Star Hotels. Found out later about its reputation from locals and other tourists who stay well clear. Dirty, Grubby, Smelly, Disrepair, Decor very dated; for specifics (to list just a few) here goes: • Bathroom smelling of...
