We had an amazing vacation! The hotel is everything you could wish for and more! Beautiful area, beautiful views and a lot of beautiful nature. The breakfast was superb and the bar offers great options if you wish to dine there. Would definitely visit again.
Very lovely resort, however wifi was extremely spotty (very slow when available... which is not in most places) and the activities were difficult to book, but they have a lovely app that nobody told us about until the last day, which would have been really nice and changed our experience. Overall, it is pristine and there is plenty to do around the resort if you like to relax or spend time outside. Mirco and Bradley who worked at the restaurant at the pool were amazing! They made our trip so much more enjoyable with their excellent recommendations and kindness. They are truly great at their job and so personable. They told us about the region and different places we could visit and always suggested a great local bottle of wine to try. Thank you Mirco and Bradley for all of your help! …
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property and grounds are beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great bathrooms and high-end finishes. The staff and service was fantastic. We had a great dining experience at La Via del Sale, and we also booked the pizza-making activity at Il Rosmarino which was one of the highlights of our trip. If you are looking for quiet luxury with beautiful views, I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel staff is not cooperating at all. They have scratched our expensive car, refused to show video. Told us to go to police. Weekend ruined by poor staff approach. Staff don’t want to help at all, definitely don’t come here on expensive cars.
Third time at this wonderful location. Food, service, room and facilities all excellent. BUT this time we just couldn’t relate to young couples with babies under 2 insisting it’s fine in the spa to have screaming toddlers and dogs. Then again in their fine dining restaurant. So if you want to spend series money to watch spoilt people ruin your evening, go for it. There’s a new breed of the wealthy woke determined to think of no one other then themselves.
Our favorite hotel in our 1 month tour of Italy. Plenty to do. Breakfast was amazing with fresh, ripe fruit, made-to-order eggs, delicious pastries, and excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is the best in Italy. Management should be proud of their team. Everyone went out of their way to make our visit fantastic. Excursions are vast and varied. We could spend a month and do something different each day. Hiking through the vineyards and olive trees was relaxing and peaceful. Our only disappointment was the e-bike excursion. One bicycle was not maintained properly and made the trek through The hills painful and frustrating. When we complained, nothing was done - not even an apology. But I believe they were an independent business from the hotel. That shouldn’t deter you from staying here. It is worth every single Euro!…
From April 27 to April 30, 2022, I stayed at Toscana Resort Castelfalfi. I could rate it all as excellent, but unfortunately the stay here left a bitter aftertaste for the entire golf holidays. Since I was staying at a 5-star resort, I easily let the staff to park my car. Unfortunately, on the third day of my stay, I was shocked to find that my sunglasses had been stolen from car. Why do I claim they stole them from me? Sunglasses are with diopter, and I use them exclusively for driving, as otherwise I use photosensitive glasses that darken in the sun, which means they also become sunglasses and I never take sunglasses out of the car. In the evening (a solid darkness) I went back to the hotel and handed over the car keys to be parked. In the morning, when I took over the car, the glasses drawer (above the rearview mirror) was open and there were no glasses. I immediately reported this to the front desk, where they promised to investigate the matter. Of course, I did not even expect anyone to report stealing the glasses. The hotel staff wanted to convince me that the glasses were lost, that they had not seen anyone steal the glasses on camera, and that they completely trusted their employees. I strongly advise anyone staying at this hotel to entrust them with car parking. It will cost me about 500 euros, because I have to go to the ophthalmologist again to measure my diopter, I have to buy a new frame and diopter lens. My only regret is that I did not call the police and demand the taking of my fingerprints and I would have found the culprit myself if they had not already.…
Second time here. Really beautiful resort, amazing views, top golf course and out- and in-door pool for kids. I don't give them full stars for 2 reasons, and we probably won't come back due to these little issues - service is very nice but highly inefficient (long waits, confusion with how much what costs, who does what, transport issues, etc) they can't seem to cope with full occupancy and are not that well trained as you might expect in a top hospitality place - feeling a bit trapped after a few days especially when it comes to food: with a kid not so many options and everything is extortionately expensive - there are only resort restaurants currently open in walking distance.
Terrible. Nice hotel with boring bedroom. Great bathroom. But service was very bad. There was a group and they got priority not only in the golfcourse so we could only play in the late afternoon during 2 days. We booked unlimited golf! A round tools 5 hours because of the group and we finished when it was dark. And then in the restaurant we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our second course because the group had priority. And even in the bar we had to wait for our coffee for 15 minutes. Tui sold this resort ad the and of this month but we are not sure if it was better in the past.
We had an great holiday at the Castelfalfi Resort in Tuscany. The breakfast, the dinner everything was perfect and all ingredients are from their own gardens. Also the service was good - we had an issue with housekeeping, and that has been solved professional and quickly by the management of the hotel. So, if you looking for a relaxing stay, good food, good wine? Then you are at the right place with Castelfalfi Resort.
