This was a great place to stay, our room was fantastic and they have multiple fun activities for you in the lobby as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Very conveniently located

Upon arrival, the staff seemed friendly enough. The room itself was spacious, however the space utilization in the room was wasted and not well thought out. It was as if the designer wanted the room to look unique, while neglecting the user experience. The desk was turned towards the bed, rather than the open window and in the middle space between the bed and the wall. Wasted space! The chair had no side table on which to put a drink, etc., yet there was a sculpture of a pile of books (reminiscent of a dorm room?) too far from the chair to use for anything. We had 1 regular coffee and one decaf, rather than 2 regular and 1 or 2 decaf. All hotel rooms should supply 2 regular coffees and not make the assumption that one guest drinks regular and the other, decaf. The biggest problem was getting hot water in the sink or shower. When we called to complain, we were advised to let the shower run for a few minutes, since it takes quite a bit of time to get from the water heater to the room, since the room was located far from the heater and the room was not used in quite some time due to covid. We let it run for up to 20 minutes! No hot water. When someone finally came to service the plumbing, we heard him banging around with pipes. He finally emerged from the bathroom and told us it was fixed. He indicated that it was user (ours) error since we were supposed to turn the faucets in the opposite direction that all other faucets turn. When he left, this was not the case. In fact, we turned the faucet as he suggested w/no result. When we turned it correctly, the hot water worked. Apparently, he adjusted the mix controls unit that was set incorrectly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The bartender on the rooftop bar was rude and not service minded. It seemed like some of the people that worked there were not service oriented and passing the time away.

The hotel is flashy but not actually high quality. Our main concern was mold growth in our bathroom and lack of information regarding maid services, but it was also frustrating that the coffee shop/cafe area closed at 11am and then the restaurant/bar area didn’t open until 5pm, leaving no food/drink services available in between. There was a bar set up downstairs that wasn’t open at all. The room itself was a standard hotel room, we kind of expected something a little nicer due to the price, but I think it’s just priced high to give a flashy appearance. Experience was decent enough, but we will stay elsewhere in the future.

Big bleached out grease stain from too many heads over too many years on headboard, dust everywhere, water took 18 mins to get warm, dogs barking late at night and early in am, walls paper thing could hear and understand conversation in neighboring rooms, peloton bike needs desperate TLc staff needs training in how to make and follow fitness facility room protocols and effective communication in general. Will drive further north for peloton at westin. Do not ever stay here

We waited all day for our room to be ready. I understand check in is at 4 but they made no attempt to try and get us in early. Until 3:45 when we were given a handicap accessible room that didn’t look like it had been cleaned. We chose this hotel over the Jefferson because of the cool vibe as well as the rooftop pool. The price was much less but we realize now you get what you pay for. There still is no excuse for unhelpful, unfriendly staff. And absolutely no excuse for the filth that we encountered in our room, on the rooftop, even in the elevator. There was dead flies on the ac unit, a used wristband next to the nightstand, a dirty pillowcase under the sleeper sofa as well as dust everywhere! So gross. The condition of the rooftop was unbelievable. I can’t imagine sitting on the chairs nevermind stepping foot in the pool. We left a day early and the woman at the desk never even looked up when we dropped off our keys. Never asked how our stay was. Never even said have a good day. Not sure what business the Graduate thinks they are in. But hospitality is not it. Save up your pennies. The Jefferson is worth every one.
