My husband and I traveled from California and stayed three nights in the "Zimmerman" suite on the third floor. The Inn is fabulous. The room was extremely comfortable and accommodating and our hosts, Albert and Dawn, are gracious and kind. We enjoyed the Yorkies too! Thank you for a wonderful time, delicious breakfasts and suggestions on dinner recommendations, shopping, and... More

What a wonderful time we had at the Grace Manor Inn! The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and maintained by innkeepers Albert and Dawn. We stayed in the Fensterer-Davis suite on the second floor where we had a bedroom, sitting room and private bath. We also spent a lot of time sitting in and admiring the incredible detail of... I stayed for a week while I visited with family and could not have been more pleased. It was everything I look for in a B&B. The hosts were warm and hospitable, the breakfasts delicious and the other guests engaging, the accommodations both comfortable and a feast for the eyes and soul after a long day, and the Yorkies so... Oh, where to begin.... We drove down to Virginia from Connecticut for a long weekend. We left around 4 in the morning so I knew that by the time we came into Richmond in the evening (we had some planned stops along the way) all I would want is just feel at home. The wonderful, gracious, and kind hosts of... More

Really enjoyed our one night stay at the Grace Manor Inn. Beautiful early 20th century house in the heart of Richmond's Fan District and very convenient to the Va. Museum of Fine Arts. The suite was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Our room was beautiful and well decorated. It was a step back into a more elegant time. All amenities were provided including a heartfelt welcome and a bit of history about the home. Albert and Dawn were gracious hosts and the breakfast was wonderful. Their three Yorkies were delightful as well. There is wifi access but no TV and we... More

We just came back from a two night stay at Grace Manor...it was simply lovely. The hike up the stairs to the 3rd floor was memorable (and a little creaky) and well worth it when we found our spacious room with sitting room. The home is beautiful, historic, clean and very special. It was a pleasure to visit with Albert and... More

Two couples traveling from the Seattle area. We were lucky to find Grace Manor and enjoy Richmond in part because of the beautiful mansion, food and especially the good advice from Albert. We were able to walk to dinner at a hopping Cuban bistro "Kuba Kuba." After the museums in the morning the two women enjoyed walking and shopping the... More

My wife and I had an outstanding visit at Grace Manor Inn. Albert could not have been more helpful. The home and decor was exceptional as was our room. The gourmet breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed talking with an interesting couple during breakfast. Yes our large private bathroom was a few steps away but not an issue. Bill and Kay

My wife and I (and another couple) had a lovely one-night stay at Grace Manor Inn. The house is charming, the rooms are comfortable, the host (Albert) was charming, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. This is a much nicer place to stay than any of the Richmond hotels. The only drawback -- a... More
