Save yourself the money and stay at another hotel. This one is not worth it. The rooms are not accommodating. The room lacked simple amenities like an ironing board. There are other hotels in the area; chose one

It would get 5 stars has we received the amenities we were advised we would have. Also the price increased at check out and when I advised the clerk she shrug her shoulders and went back in the rear. I was disappointed at the behavior of the clerk.

The hotel itself is very nice but I feel there is work to be done in making your guess feel comfortable. I was not pleased with the parking situation and not having food or drinks in the hotel, other than that everything else was ok

I'm unsure if the employee was rushing because she was nearing the end of her shift, or because carelessness is just her nature; however, her two-second oversight cost me two hundred dollars and an indeterminable waiting period for the correction of her error. I used the booking.com app to procure my reservation, and it was as seamless as always. The problem came with the human interface at check in. The additional charge to my card was not apologized for by the employee, who simply disappeared to the back and a manager returned in her stead to remedy the issue. The manager claimed that she voided the transaction, and I was not provided with any sort of written verification to validate it. Both requests that I made for a printed invoice were denied, by the manager and the attendant on duty during my check out. She assured me that it would come from the app. It still hasn't, yet I've received multiple requests for reviews of my stay from the app and my email. On a technical level, the employee should not have been able to charge my card for a booking that was already prepaid, unless the customer requested to extend their stay, upgrade their room, or perform some other alteration to their existing reservation and booking. There must be better communication between the application and the financial management system used onsite. On a human level, there should have been an apology for the costly mishap, and some sort of conciliatory action to assuage me. A comped stay upon my return or a gift card to a nearby restaurant with whom the hotel has a favorable relationship would have been sufficient. On the bottom line, I won't return, and my money still isn't back in my bank account.
