We have been to Sardinia on at least ten occasions and when we are in Santa Teresa we always stay at the Hotel Marinaro. It is a low key gem with a friendly vibe and an excellent location for the annual jazz festival. Family run everyone is welcoming and helpful with great tips for the best bars and restaurants.

Stayed here for a night on a roadtrip. Was a good choice. Solid 3 star hotel. Nothing luxurious but matched my expectation very well. Can only recommend. Room 215 was nice but the balcony (or almost a terrace) was great! Huge and a beautiful view of the back gardens. Very close to the center with lots of restaurants and Icecream!...

Unjustly treating Santa Teresa as just a convenient ferry port we'd pre-booked two nights here after a week in Marseille and Corsica. At the end of the stay we regretted not spending far longer here. Thanks to its dedicated staff the hotel is beautifully maintained and the welcome here is second to none. It's a fair walk up from the...

This is a lovely hotel, well placed to enjoy Santa Teresa and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The room was clean and reasonably specious. Breakfast was good though not exceptional. The staff were a delight. There is a nice bar and an attached trattoria with excellent food and a good menu. We would have been happy to have stayed longer at...

Good and spotlessly clean hotel with excellent location in the old town, very close to the city center, restaurants and bars, as well as to rena bianca beach. Also, very close to the bus station with good connections to Olbia and Alghero airports and other beaches in Santa Teresa di Gallura. You can take a short stroll to the port...

We were only in Santa Teresa Gallura one night in order to take the ferry to Bonifacio, Corsica. The hotel was in the perfect spot: 5 minutes from where we needed to return our rental car and an easy 15 minute walk with luggage to the ferry. Plus we had a wonderful dinner at the adjoining Barabattula Trattoria. Only wish...

The restaurant was literally reopening the evening we arrived. So the kinks were still being ironed. But fabulous location. Lovely quiet square, friendly host. I'm hoping next June there will be breakfast selection of pastries and juices to match the coffee. I'm sure this place is the place to watch. If you visit try and keep the noise down people...

Clean, great location in a charming..slightly out of the way town..which for me is plus. First time to Sardinia and ,of course, to this seaport town. Sardinia is an old stomping ground for European tourists (... somewhat overlooked by North/South Americans...) yet Santa Teresa de Gallura, where this hotel is located, appears to be relatively new on the island's tourist...

I am often in Santa Teresa di Gallura for work or vacations. Since years hotel Marinaro has been my buen retiro there. Antonio and Nicola, the two brothers who own the hotel, are always serviceable and welcoming, making you feel home. All the contrary to the usual anonymity of hotels. The hotel is very well located in a calm pedestrian...
