It is completely embarusing and unacceptable for a high end hotel charging over $500 a night!... No I will not ever return unless I have NO other choices...

The hotel is well located in Cambridge, has excellent food and the service is great... Guests also were able to go to the restaurant and have a cup of coffee free of charge...

We made two reservations separately like one day directly with this hotel and other three nights with a third party company like Hotels.com because we had to make additional reservations after the first one. On arrival, there was a confusion for this reservation at the front as we expected but of course it was cleared and figured and we could checked in... We can’t come back to this hotel again...

I just want to shout out the front desk of the Charles Hotel for terrific customer service. My family and I stayed at the hotel in October and had a wonderful stay, enjoying the room and restaurants... Even though we were past the cancellation period, the front desk was understanding and cancelled the rooms at no charge... In a world where good customer service is sometimes hard to come by, the Charles Hotel provided wonderful service both when we stayed and when we were not able...

Booked king deluxe, upgraded to a suite at arrival... Receptionist recommended a restaurant nearby (5 min walk) - food was amazing... Drinks at the Henrietta’s were excellent, same with breakfast choices... But most importantly, perfect location if visiting Harvard...
