We've stayed at Prospect Place twice now for two recent visits to the Cambridge area and we have been very pleased both times. Our first stay was in the Madeleine room, a queen bed room on the second floor. This is a cute, cozy room that would be charmingly perfect for a single traveler. Our most recent stay was in...

I recently stayed at Prospect Place while I was working for a week in Boston. The B&B is beautifully decorated with antique rugs and furniture, and the room (Madeline) was warm and cozy, with a private bathroom. Eric made me a delicious breakfast each morning, with freshly made coffee, pastries from a local bakery, organic yogurt, and eggs made to...

We were very pleased with our choice of Prospect Place during a recent visit to Boston for the holidays. The Florence Room was clean and spacious, and provided comfortable chairs for reading, a desk for writing, and a day bed for arranging what we needed each morning. Eric was a warm and engaging host who made each and every guest...

Wonderful B&B in Cambridge, very close to the T and great restaurants. Eric and Judy are very kind, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! My husband and I stayed in the Madeline room for two nights. We loved the house, it has a lot of character and beautiful antiques. Great value as well, we would definitely stay again.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of Cambridge, MA. Eric and Judy have a gem of a bed-and-breakfast, and they are gracious hosts. Easy access to all surrounding communities. Whole Food Market across the street, and Central Square is a couple of blocks away. Can't be beat!!!

Eric and his wife were fantastic hosts. The old house gave a quiet and homey character to my stay. The breakfast was the best I've had, at par or even better that that offered at 5 star hotels. Public transportation very close by and a Whole Foods just across the street. Definitely staying there if I have another visit to...

On a recent trip to Boston, I discovered this beautiful and charming B&B. I stayed in the very beautiful Madeline room - delightful with fabulously comfortable bed and large shower. Each morning my day started with a delicious breakfast - fresh fruit, coffee, eggs to order one day, french toast the next. I was looking for my go-to place in...

This B&B is as lovely as everyone says. We have stayed there twice because it is within walking distance of our son and daughter-in-law's place. Eric and Judy are wonderful hosts - this visit was Judy's chance to shine since Eric was away. The rooms are clean and charmingly furnished. Breakfast is served in a dining room with the original...
