People from reception are kind, not all , but personal are fine., Don't leave anything unlock in your room even lingeries or nightdress , it will disapear and nobody takes responsabilities , they really don't care... They don't do anything to excuse or make up to you. Then if you go don't forget to not let anything unlock as your...

We stayed here for a week while visiting with family who were staying in a campground close by. Upon checkin we were given a room overlooking the ugly car park with view of the dumpsters and road. There were dirty marks on the walls, the shower door did not work properly. However the bigger problem was the beds. You could...

First impression was not good ( trash and junk piled up in parking area). Second impression good. Lobby and reception were decent. Long line at reception with one (very patient, kind , and helpful ) gentleman working the desk. He was doing everything . The room was basic. The bathroom was not acceptable. The shower was a moldy two foot...

This place was a little bit run down and tired, it needs some work on the outside and the beds are rock hard (which some may like) with hard pillows. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the view of the lake and restaurant on the lake are great to wake up to. About 20-30 mins walk uphill into Bracciano...

The hotel is located on the bank of the large lake 'lago di bracciano'. The hotel is located in a silent location and travellers having vehicles would find it convenient. The room were clean and tidy. Bathroom was very small and was difficult to bath comfortably. The lake view from hotel is splendid. Well appointed sports facility. This is very...

My wife and I were roadtripping in August from Florence to Rome with a few friends. We wanted to stay at Lake Bracciano and looked at the photos and a few reviews, this hotel looked like it would be great. Unfortunately the hotel and the entire town of Bracciano is run down and could use a lot of cleaning up....

Make sure you choose a room with a balcony, stunning views of Lago Bracciano The rooms were great, clean and modern and the staff polite and helpful. A very clean pool, which looks out over the lake. No restaurant so we taxied up to Bracciano and had a delicious meal at Ristorante Del Costello. Family run with a great atmosphere...

Just spent a lovely relaxing six nights at this hotel, good, clean rooms with balcony, food in the restaurant very good and the continental breakfast was good too. Staff friendly and helpful. I hear what other travellers are saying about the noise, we didnt have too much trouble as they usually settled early enough but I agree it could be...

I stayed there years ago, but I will write the review now because I didn't know this kind of site existed. For me it was a really nice hotel with a spectacular location and view over the lake of Bracciano. The room was really big and we also had a balcony. The breakfast was also really varied and we enjoyed...
