This is the only hotel in old town, just a few blocks from the Papal Residence. It is in an old building that is in perfect condition. It is on the residential street, one block off the mercantile street. There are half a dozen great restaurants within blocks. My room was plain, but everything worked and was in good repair....

Staff are warm and welcoming. Hotel is clean and airy. Rooms on the small side but the views are amazing so little time is spent in the room but on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine and the lights of Rome in the distance. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

We got there late so didn't see the view or area we chose it as it was very close to the airport. We would definitely stay again it was quiet...

We drove a car (rather large one) from Rome which was easy enough, but when we arrived, faulty google navigation directed our car right to the front door of the papal residence where we had to do a difficult turn around and come in to the town from the other side. (streets are super narrow and 1 way). coming from...

We stayed two nights in the summer home of the Pope and were given a one bedroom apartment down the street from the main hotel. We were dubious at first, we had reserved an upgraded room, but when we saw the flat we were impressed. It was large with a balcony view of the lake, and right next door to...

We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome as we waited for our cruise ship to arrive. This hotel and small town fit the bill to the fullest. We booked the apartment which is located a short walk from the main hotel. A beautiful view of Lake Albano, nice acomodations and very quiet. The breakfast was...

The hotel is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by mountains, next to the lake, 40 min ride from Roma. Great place to go to spend the romantic weekends with your significant other or escape from the city. The hotel is very clean and neat and the interior is decorated with a good sense of style. The hotel stuff is...

Hotel Castel Gandolfo is a small cozy hotel located in this beautiful hillside town. We had a lakeside view facing East over Lake Albano whith the morning sun peeking over the hills on the other side every morning. Staff was overall very friendly and interested in doing there best for our 12 night stay. My criteria when searching for the...

We booked an Executive Apartment with LAKE view.Paid in excess of $180 per night. What they offered to us was either the executive apartment with Street View OR a one bedroom with Lake View. We felt Cheated. The owner blamed it on expedia. Would not give us our money back. After 30 minutes of going back and forth (after being...

Dear Guest, we are happy to hear from you and to read your positive feedback about all (services, location, attractions..), we work hard every day to satisfy more and more all customer's needs. Unfortunately we incurred in a mistake generated from Expedia, business partner, in fact they have published our Dependance adding in the description "Ocean View": the Dependance where...
