Stayed at the Econo Lodge 2 nights Friday & Saturday. It appeared the rooms had been recently renovated. The floors were laminate not carpet. I like that. Our room was pet friendly. That is a must for us. The front desk staff were all very friendly. I want to send out a big compliment to the housekeepers. The room was... More

Room was clean, bathroom worked, quite at night. Has a nice pool. We we here to take care of some real estate business and so this place was great and the price was nice. I have paid twice as much for not as great rooms. Free breakfast was a bit skimpy, but hey, there is a Waffle House attached to... More

We stayed weekend of July 22cd for our family reunion, upon check in everything appeared normal, later that night my fiance was bitten by bed bugs after moving pillows they just started coming out; I contacted the front desk first I talked to the clerk who put the manager on the phone who stated they would cover one night; after... The rate was good, the stay was poor. Reception was quick but free of any hotel information. Room was carpet free......maybe a pet friendly room. A/C was not on upon arrival at my room.....cranked all night and never cooled the room below 80 degrees. Bathroom was old, but as clean as possible. TV is old, but ample channels. Hotel is... More

I don't know how people rate this place good. We have never stayed at an Econolodge, but traveling we needed to stop for the night and the "normal" hotels were full. Room 222. Beds with those covers that are NEVER washed. Stains everywhere I attached a pic. Not that we would have swam in the pool but it is GREEN... More

It is an older hotel and priced accordingly. Nothing spectacular but I have to give them 4 stars. Most of the higher end hotels were booked due to country band Alabama giving a free concert. We were passing through on our way to the Smokies. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We got a good nights sleep after driving all... More

A nice, but older, motel. Nothing great or fancy, but it was relatively cheap and I got good night sleep. If you want a really nice room or being pampered, go elsewhere. Easy to get to with some variety of restaurants very close by.

Had some special needs for our stay and Kendra made sure our stay was perfect. The hotel has new owners, and they are working to upgrade and are making beautiful improvements. The pool area is fabulous. Our room was very clean, and bed comfortable.

We stayed here for a night traveling from Virginia to New Orleans. Rooms were very clean, service was very nice and the breakfast was delicious! We were told that new ownership had taken over about a week ago. To us, it was an excellent value for a safe place to stay directly off the highway!

Not in the best condition, but workable considering we were just stopping in for the night. There was no carpet under the ac unit. The walls had some holes in it. The hotel was clean, but needed to be fixed up. That was the first Econo Lodge I've ever stayed at. Needs to fix things up. Not a bad hotel.... More

“Room 101 right by the office was very nice on this trip. Close to vending , office, and restaurants. The trip before this one, we stayed upstairs closer to the center of the hotel and it was just as nice. It's not a huge place, so no rooms are too far away from anything.”

“Room 101 is not for you if you are sensitive to small noises like bumps against the walls. But Room 101 faces mountains which you can see the sunrise from your window and see your vehicle in the parking lot.”
