The rooms and washrooms are small, and the place had a dingy feel.
The breakfast is bad. The food smelled and looked like it was ages old.
There is no hotel staff in sight especially at night.
Avoid staying here unless absolutely necessary.

After a very exciting, enjoyable and exhausting day of exploring Iceland, we finally arrived to spend the evening at Hotel Hella.
The welcome was friendly & warm. The staff helpful & kind. The hotel had a hostel like feel to it with great charm.
