My wife and I visited the Blue Lagoon on New Year's Day utilizing Icelandair's benefit of extending a layover for up to seven nights, no extra airfare charge. I have to admit, I probrably never would have visited Iceland without that benefit. That being said, we were only in Iceland for one night but, i was immediately captivated by this...

We visited the blue lagoon clinic hotel as the blue lagoon was shut for refurbishment. It was expensive for three hours, the rooms basic however time spent in there was limited. Facilities were clean and the staff friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the free clay treatments available whilst in the lagoon pool for your skin. It was very relaxing. Would...

The Clinic was a clean, simple appointed hotel within 200 yards of the Blue Lagoon Spa. A walking path allows for easy shuttle between the two great properties during decent weather. There is a hotel shuttle service on those nasty days. Breakfast buffet is available.

I cannot say enough great things about my one night stay at the Clinic. I visited with two friends, and all three of us can say without a doubt it was the highlight of our trip to Iceland in April. We arrived around noon, checked in and went to check out the Blue Lagoon. We found it to be touristy...

Returning guests and the staff still remembers us from previous visit. One of its kind destination. Just enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private lagoon under the stars. Your own spa treatment with no time limit. Lovely and spacious room and the freshest of drinking water. Go ahead and jump in and enjoy the Blue Lagoon clinc

This is our 2nd time to Iceland and our 2nd time staying here. We loved the privacy of your own lagoon which is only available for use when you stay at the clinic. It is a much smaller version of the Blue Lagoon but much quieter and enjoyable The Blue Lagoon clinic offers cold breakfast in the mornings and you...

Not clear what's the difference between Standard and Deluxe rooms apart from the price. I booked a deluxe double for plus one teenager (3 people). However, the room was only prepared for two. A bed set and a robe were missing. Slippers NOT provided at all. Provided snacks and drinks in the fridge were NOT free. It's Pay As You...

The only place to start or end your Icelandic adventure. It feels like you have arrived on the set of "Space 1999" - or the moon to the younger generation! So relaxing - yes it's a bit expensive but well worth it. Rooms are clean and simple, as is the rest of the "hotel". Breakfast is plentiful and there is...

So our intention here was to get a stop over hotel before having an afternoon at the Blue Lagoon - I never would have imagined that this hotel is basically the Blue Lagoon but far better. The power station that provides the water that created the Blue Lagoon is right across the parking lot from the hotel and this is...

We arrived at the blue lagoon by bus only to find out that we were quite a distance away from the hotel. Whilst this was Reykjavik excursions fault, the hotel have reportedly had problems with this and indeed another couple we met later that day said they had the same problem. It involved walking walking through rough walk paths with...
