We travelled throughout Iceland and this was without doubt the most amazing hotel in all of Iceland. The rooms are superbly finished, great attention to detail, as well as some nice surprises for any visiting guests. The hot springs and the spa are the best I have ever been to. The tasting menu at their top restaurant was also excellent. It is a must stay in Iceland. Quite pricey but absolutely worth it.

This hotel, staff there and lagoons were all very memorable! Everyone that worked there was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean, beautiful and though expensive, was worth the splurge. We also ate at the restaurants there and the food was fabulous!

Our stay at the Blue Lagoon retreat was beyond expectation. Excellent customer service, delicious healthy meals, soothing after bath rituals, loved the amenities in the room, the comfortable bed, the amazing waterfall shower and the view outside my window of the lagoon.

Style, tranquility, quality. Calm, dedication, passion and design. Great staff, clean and relaxing environment. The retreat is definitely worth every penny of it. We had our own changing rooms, the showers were to dye for. My friend and I did not know where to start from. Started by applying some condition in the shower and the swimming a little bit around the calm and chill private lagoon. From there, we dared to get into the cold tub (as if we were still athletes in college - Freeeezing!). From there to the steam room and up again to the view point, from where you can observe everything and admire the landscape. After some time in the sauna, we got again in the water before our facial massage. These creams were like heaven on earth. Had three different stages and "the blue lagoon store" was the first one I visited again at the airport in order to remember the experience. The fire room was definitely one of the highlights as well. Totally fell asleep with the lovely sound of the sparkling fire in the center of the room. The nice staff took some pictures of us, and we ordered dinner right before the 10pm check out. Had an amazing dinner by the lagoon in the restaurant (highly recommend the beef or the pesto chicken, together with some Californian wine and of course, pineapple dessert!). We did not want to leave the retreat. I forgot my rain jacket at the restaurant, but hope they are flexible enough to ship it to Spain. Thank you Iceland Encounter for the recommendation and the treat!!!!!! As well as the complimentary drink and dinner! It is also possible to book through Sapphire Viajes. THANK YOU,
