Only here for one night, but absolutely fabulous. Views, facilities, comfort, amenities. Very relaxing and really nice. Hot tub-boat was unusual but good. Breakfast room provisions generous in quantity. Would love to come again
This place is a must. We only had 2 nights but we wished for many more. Lovely cabins, are equipped with everything you need, the hot tub in the boat is fantastic, open until late. Sævar and Berglind are awesome hosts. It’s a paradise!
Eskifjordur ir a truly beautiful place and Mjoeyri is located with an amazing view over the fjord. Our cottage was very clean with comfortable beds. The hosts were amazing and they even arranged a babysitter for us at 1000 kr hr while enjoying a dinner at Randulff’s. If you enjoy hiking, running, cycling or swimming you are in for a treat and the swimmingpool also has really cool slides for the kids. The second bedroom does involve rather steep stairs which was no problem for ust but might be too steep for some older people or toddlers (our 4 year old was ok with it). As and Icelander I will be back for sure.
What a perfect place to stay, next to the mountains and the sea. We were located at the border of the village. The owner gave us a warm welcome and surprised us with a generous upgrade in the best cottage. Everything we needed was in the cottage! We spend the evening in the fun hottub which was build in a boat.
