We just stayed a couple of days in a grand villa. Exterior and Interior are just stunning. The attention to detail is simply great. The friendliness of the staff is great. We were surprised that you also have beach access. The view is great and it is really hard to list all the positive aspects. I think the headline pretty much describes it. We will come back and will stay longer.

It is an amazing complex on the beach of Agia Paraskevi. The landscape and the surrounding space is full of green and the villa was very beautiful. The staff was helpful and the house was very clean from day 1. We recommend it 100%, especially for families.

Fantastic villas, excellent view, great beach... very clean place, we had everything we needed. Antigoni, hotel manager, was just amazing! She helped us with everything we needed and all the places she suggested were just perfect. Best holidays!

Sivota Seascape is a dream of a place to stay. Firstly the location is just stunning right on arguably the best beach in the area and even in peak season you can sit in the beautiful garden with views over the beach but with none of the crowds. Early morning or late evening swims and you have the beach virtually to yourself. Antigone, the resident manager could not do enough to help and was able to give llots of helpful advice on where to eat and places to visit. She manages the place impeccably and we have never stayed anywhere so clean and cared for (it is four years old but still looks brand new). We had a 1-bed villa with private pool and both were serviced every single day. It really was immaculate. A welcome basket greeted us on arrival but as we were there 13 nights we had a surprise gift of wine, cheese and biscuits mid stay and the lovely owner even stopped by with ice creams to say hello. The area was even better than anticipated and we loved regular visits to the charming local town of Sivota with its harbour side restaurants as well as day trips to the breathtaking Vikos Gorge, rafting on the Acheron river, a private boat charter to Paxos and Anti Paxos and a visit to Parga, a larger seaside town overlooked by a lovely hilltop castle. This was a very special holiday which was right up there with the very best and we cannot recommend Sivota Seascape highly enough. Thank you!

Room Tip: The 1-bed villa with private pool is well worth paying extra for.

Luxury Seascape is a beautiful place. Apartments are very clean with beautiful furniture. Front office lady is very nice and helpful. Also very nice environment, with many nice food restaurants. Water is very clear and swimming without no speedboats around. Finally! I was really suprised. Snorky’s home. 🥽
