Great location. Excellent facilities. Really enjoyed the time here. Very good Neilson holiday (again!). Swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing all good although wind for sailing/windsurfing not as strong as it could have been. Food excellent. Staff

Wonderful place and great people. The stuff is very kind and friendly. Andreas, the big boss is a person you have to meet. He is an excellent host and very knowledgeable of the area. The food is great, the rooms very clean and so many things to do! Just amazing! Thank you for

We're longstanding Neilson clients - we've lost count of the holidays we've had with them. But it seems they are increasingly clamping down on what older kids (10+) can get up to without their parents hovvering over them. We're currently in Sivota and a level 4 sailor isn't

Arrived in the dark and woke up to a wonderful view. There's so much on offer here there's no danger of being bored. Our 10 year old enjoyed the kids club so much that we hardly saw him. There are a lot of steps to contend with as the resort is built on a hillside. Syvota town

Absolutely the premium rooms - they are huge , fabulous bathrooms and have own sun beds / tables on large balcony/ verandas so real place to retreat to. We’ve often just chilled there with a pizza from town on non inclusive nights. ...They are a walk away from the pool, restaurant etc but I think worth it.. Only thing to be aware of tho is that we have seen snakes around if that would bother you.

is the beach sandy with sandcastles possible?
Just about. Like any Greek beach it’s a mix of sand and fine shingle. So much to do that I doubt you’ll make a single sand castle, but if that’a your kids favourite thing then yes it’s possible. Quite honestly one of the most picturesque places in Greece and the water is stunning. Lots of little mini beaches and coves to explore.

On the nights where dinner isn’t served where are the best places to go? Thank you
Honestly there’s LOADS of restaurants in Sivota to try. If you like fish there’s lots by the harbour, but a few great pizza places and other more traditional places to try too. I’m vegetarian and still found plenty to eat there. The walk from the retreat is quite easy, just get past that steep hill on the way back, but also lots of taxis if you can’t be bothered to walk.

Hi, I'm afraid the hotel is not open in November.

One per person but they are happy to change them if you take them up to reception (there is one official change in the week but we changed ours more frequently, mainly as the kids kept losing them in kids’ club, and they were fine)

"Go for the upgraded rooms (not the cheapest). Worth the relatively small difference."
"Room 494 is good location."
"Premier rooms are well worth the extra cost"
"There are superior rooms, and basic rooms, but not sure of the difference"
"Higher rooms have the best view but more steps."
