We stayed at this hotel for a week for our honey moon before heading to santorini. The hotel is well located near restaurants and supermarkets. A little bit far from heraklion, but u can find virgin beaches near the hotel. The service, the staff, the waiters were excellent. We felt well during our stay. The diners at the restaurant were sublime. It lacked a little bit of variation (we had about 4 greek nights in 1 week) but the meals were delicious.

We returned to Castello after failing to do so last year because of Covid. We have never done this before but we’re so impressed with our earlier stay that we were itching to return. This time we chose a room with a pool,a facility which we had envied on our previous visit. Our stay was faultless. We had booked half board and each dinner was excellent with different dishes, freshly prepared and with no repetition during our stay. The pool in our room was wonderful and a great way to start the day before the extremely extensive buffet breakfast. The adaptations required by covid were very carefully planned and implemented. What makes the hotel so unusually good however is the staff.Everone is friendly and efficient and ready to do whatever is required to meet the needs of guests. While all were great, particular mention should be made of Jessica in reception and Konstantina in the restaurant. We will definitely return next summer and would unconditionally recommend this hotel

Me and my boyfriend were so lucky to find this hotel for our 9 nights stay in Crete. One of the things that I loved the most about this place is definitely the location- Sisi and the other is the lovely, friendly stuff. Georgos was our favourite! He would always make sure that we are having a great time! The restaurant was busy every night ,but he would find a time to make us welcome, help us to choose the right wine or even give us a great advice about places to visit in Crete! Him and the restaurant team is ver profesional but at the same time warm and friendly! Thank you guys! You made every dinner special for us. Not only the food but the service was excellent! Having half board included was very important to us to enjoy it! And we did! The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful together with the manager of the hotel! Lovely stay! Our room was superior and we were really happy with it! Very huge and comfortable bed. The hotel offers all the luxurious rooms with private pool or jacuzzis! The location is great too with literally everything on your doorstep! One of the 3 Beaches is only 5 min walk away. Thank you Castello Boutique for making our stay so memorable

A lovely hotel in the heart of Sisi, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and the port with nearby bars and restaurants. Easy access to car and quad bike rentals, driving is best way to see other parts of the island. The superior rooms are large and modern with a huge king size bed. The restaurant is very nice so would recommend half board, they serve a different menu every night a la carte. The best part of this hotel is the staff they are all so helpful and friendly, you can tell all they want is for you to have the best holiday. Especially the restaurant captain Giorgos who made our 9 night stay extra special. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel or staying here again in the future.

If you haven't discovered this absolute gem, OH BOY, are you in for a treat. Lets start with the easy and practical stuff. Sissi, achingly delicious little port a short hop (60 Euros in a cab) from Heraklion. Charm oozes as you wind down the small streets lined with tempting local eateries that are well worth a visit (trust us ... we tried to visit them all). Yes, the sunset is divine, yes, there are beaches and easy access to the rest of the north coast of Crete, BUT ... Sissi has a lovely little secret that is SOOOOO worth the trip .... The Castello Boutique. Quick whizz onto google maps satellite view shows that the location is perfect (none of that out of town nonsense where its always a cab ride to get a bottle of water). The eagle eyed amongst you will also spot the simplicity of the layout and also the divine church nestling next door. Step inside and there is that sense of tranquil arrival that many places promise, but rarely deliver. Jessica & Eleni was always on hand to answer our most stupid of questions and also point is in the direction of some great little finds. In the restaurant was a chef who clearly has a love for what he does (so much so, he actually came out and chatted about food and how he gets inspired about his creations). KonstanKristina was a delightful Athenian, attentive and fabulous member of the team helping us to discover Techni Arapia (a delicious white wine) and always welcomed us everyday. The room? Private pool, awesome bed, monsoon style shower ... what's not to like???? We had a delightful lady who serviced our room every day and was a complete star. What is so rare about this place ... well for us its simple, we are already planning on how we get back there next year for another awesome Cretian slice of luxury. We cannot thank all the team at Castello enough ... you are all simply brilliant.
