We enjoyed a couple of nights here. Staff cater to your every need. Friendly, caring, homely feel. Great shuttle service, thank you Noah. Food, was great too, chicken wings and burgers was delicious! Highly recommend Omaha's hospitality.

Hannah at the Front Desk was very cool and great. Arranging for food. NOLA styled hotel with a great courtyard. Bar and lobby are together and 3 elevators. Front Desk is cool. Shuttle is cool. Rooms are good. Restaurant on site. Good food. Park on location. 10 minute walk to Shopping and restaurants. Omaha is 7 and eat at Plank and Jackson Street Tavern.

Room Tip: Omaha is an Urban Center and rebuilding Downtown. A few homeless. I will bring my wife for 2-3...

We had to stay at this hotel for a wedding. The staff was very nice upon arrival. When we arrived into our room it became VERY CLEAR that they did not wash the comforters between guests. There was dried snot with blood on the comforter before I stayed. I went to the front desk and they were apologetic and did replace all linens in room. Although no discount was offered. Next, I dropped my car off at valet Friday night. When I picked up on Saturday there was significant damage to my car. I reported it right away and they filed the claim with insurance. When they filed it with insurance they denied the claim because the valet driver said that they didn't do any damage. Again, I called the hotel asking for some type of refund or compensation and they again refused. There are no other parking option other than valet otherwise I just would have parked my car myself isntead of paying over 20$/day for them to damage my car. The hotel is over priced in general. I would have much rather stayed at the Mariott another hotel downtown for half the price and likely better service and cleanliness. For what is suppsoed to be a nice hotel they limit how much you can control the AC in room and it was very warm in our room and we were unable to turn the AC as low as we would have liked it as well. The hotel staff themself were very friendly.

My young children and I were unable to sleep due to a wedding going on until 1:30 when we finally got upset enough to complain. It was only at that time they cleared out the courtyard. We ended up cutting our trip short the next day since our 2 toddlers were too tired to enjoy the day.

We appreciated the history of the hotel and our room was modern and very nice. We were there for my husband’s checkup at the Med Center the next morning. We will definitely come back, hopefully for a fun event.

My room had a nice remodel. Comfortable bed. Old heating and cooling system and the wall control screamed 1973 to me. Ground floor entry and check in area was oddly shaped, dark and uninspiring. There seemed to be virtually nothing within walking distance and it had no welcoming buzz to it. Mostly construction and tall office buildings. The rooms on my side of the building faced a parking ramp.

People in room next door got into a fight and we’re kicked out by hotel person, didn’t mess around. Not a very quiet location, not a good nights rest. But a very nice, older hotel that’s well maintained!

Very impressed with everything and the esthetic of the hotel really stood out. This really made it feel like we were in an entirely different state or something! The service of the front desk and staff was also incredible and they were so kind.

The hotel is charming and a short walk to the Orpheum Theater where we went to see a concert. However, it took a long time to get checked-in (staffing probs?) and our room air-con was loud so neither of us slept well, even with both of us wearing ear plugs! The restaurant menu was limited, especially for vegetarians, so we chose to eat elsewhere. To end on a positive note...the decor is lovely. Valet parking was a breeze, and our room was very clean.
