I called the hotel because I have a charge on my company's credit card statement and I need the name of the guest to identify the charge. Abbie at the front desk was rude telling me she had to put me on hold because she had a guest in front of her and she sounded irritated because she had to...

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were dated but nice. The indoor pool was warm and inviting. The restaurant was closed, but the lounge was open and had a full dinner menu. We went for lunch and dinner. The food was excellent booth times but the service was a lot slower in the evening. Over all it was a...

I would definitely stay in a different hotel next time, either a different Marriott property in Omaha or elsewhere. Rooms are tired and out of date. There are obvious cracks in the tiling in the bathroom, and the balcony actually has rust on it. Lots of construction going on. The bar area is nice but I found the service at...

We stayed here last year and everything was great, so we decided to book it again. Not the same & some of the things are not even close to Marriott standards... 1) One of the morning reception desk staff (Aby I think) was very unprofessional in her appearance. I understand it might be hard to wear uniform, but when you...

This is a nice hotel. The staff at the Omaha Marriott could not possibly be nicer or more accomodating. As a Marriott Rewards Gold Elite, I truly appreciate when I am upgraded without asking and the woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Jodie) came through for me. More importantly, she seemed genuinely happy to check me...

This is one of the older hotels in Omaha so it is somewhat faded. I have heard rumors of mold but my room was great. The bed was comfortable and spacious. WiFi was good. The service was excellent. The gym on the first floor has a reasonable amount of equipment but I would advise coming down by 7. Breakfast was...

My fiance was staying at the hotel for a business trip and on our nightly conversations, he would describe his days as "hectic" and "busy." On his final night at the hotel, I wanted to do something really special for him and got hold of LORI @ the front desk. We put our brains together and thought that a nice...

We stayed this past weekend. After a full day of walking, I was looking forward to a glass of wine and the hot tub. It was broken......however Darren (front desk) immediately gave us complimentary breakfast, and a glass of wine. I think those are the type of things that make me a repeat customer.

My wife and I recently visited the Omaha Marriott. The rooms were great and VERY clean. It is hard to get when traveling but when staying with any Marriott Brand hotel, we are always impressed by the cleanliness of them. Thank you to all staff at this location, from the front desk agent, to the housekeeper who prepared the room...

The lobby and bar have been renovated but the hallways and rooms really need to be spruced up. They are not up to Marriott standards at all. Every time I stay here something in my room is in need of repair. This time it's the wall unit behaving the desk it looks like it's about to fall off the wall....
