I would like to preface this by saying I've stayed over 800 nights at Marriott hotels. In all of those stays this hotel was not only horrible, but as a loyal Marriott customer, I feel that they need to know that this hotel is no better than a roadside dump let alone a Marriott property. For a full Marriott, dust...

I would avoid until they finish their renovations. The room was tiny and very worn down from 10 years ago. It was rather strange that I had a drop ceiling in the bathroom that was very short. This was NOT WORTH $175 (+tax) for the night, there should be some serious discounts given. I WOULD NOT RATE THIS AS A...

I was visiting Omaha on business when a mild snow storm hit. I had to be at work meeting early in the morning while there was still snow on the roads and snow falling. Being from Florida and not experienced in driving in the snow I was hesitant, but decided to give it a try since it was only 5...

The Marriott Omaha shows the same signs of all big chain business hotels in the US. Friendly and attentive staff but building furniture and setup are at its limit and pretty worn out. Positive thing on the room is the bed and the big new tv screen and decent bedroom. Rest of the room is just like from lust century...

I called the hotel because I have a charge on my company's credit card statement and I need the name of the guest to identify the charge. Abbie at the front desk was rude telling me she had to put me on hold because she had a guest in front of her and she sounded irritated because she had to...

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were dated but nice. The indoor pool was warm and inviting. The restaurant was closed, but the lounge was open and had a full dinner menu. We went for lunch and dinner. The food was excellent booth times but the service was a lot slower in the evening. Over all it was a...

I would definitely stay in a different hotel next time, either a different Marriott property in Omaha or elsewhere. Rooms are tired and out of date. There are obvious cracks in the tiling in the bathroom, and the balcony actually has rust on it. Lots of construction going on. The bar area is nice but I found the service at...

We stayed here last year and everything was great, so we decided to book it again. Not the same & some of the things are not even close to Marriott standards... 1) One of the morning reception desk staff (Aby I think) was very unprofessional in her appearance. I understand it might be hard to wear uniform, but when you...

This is a nice hotel. The staff at the Omaha Marriott could not possibly be nicer or more accomodating. As a Marriott Rewards Gold Elite, I truly appreciate when I am upgraded without asking and the woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Jodie) came through for me. More importantly, she seemed genuinely happy to check me...

This is one of the older hotels in Omaha so it is somewhat faded. I have heard rumors of mold but my room was great. The bed was comfortable and spacious. WiFi was good. The service was excellent. The gym on the first floor has a reasonable amount of equipment but I would advise coming down by 7. Breakfast was...
