The girls working the front desk were very accommodating. I use crutches so they gave me a room close to an exit. Even brought a luggage cart down for me and helped me with my luggage. Pleasant room, no street noise from L street. The light above the sink flickered the whole time during my 2 days. There was a very faint odor of cat urine. Pet friendly hotels need to fumigate more often. Overall good location with plenty of restaurants near.
No masks, no social distancing, no COVID PRECAUTIONS! And cigarette smoke in the hallways for this supposedly non-smoking Hotel! Meanwhile Nebraska is spiking with the virus, I wonder why! It's too bad, I stayed here a couple years ago and it was Ok.
The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, but this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the hallways and lobby reeked of smoke. Found out too there was no breakfast (only pastries) and pool was drained (likely d/t COVID) once we got there. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The air conditioning unit in our room too was noisy at night.
The bad: it isn't new. That being said the staff was knowledgeable and set our expectation correctly while giving good recommendations. Room was very clean and the front desk staff was amazing. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.
Huge room, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and all for an incredibly low price! It was the nicest room I've ever had for the price! Friendly staff also. Ray access to the interstate and near the main local mall. I highly recommend this place!
