We wanted a quick place for an overnight stay on the road home in mid October, but the atmosphere was creepy. The woman at the desk seemed to have a male visitor hanging out much of the time. The room did not feel clean. The photos made it look cheerful but it was not. The parking seemed to be available to anyone on the street, and we did not feel our car was safe. Breakfast had been advertised but there wasn’t even coffee. We do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience. The woman Latifah, who checked us in was very thorough, efficient and kind. She explained everything we needed to know politely. I would recommend this hotel, if you want a nice place for an over night stay at a reasonable price.

TripAdvisor warned me the reviews might not be valid, I should have listened! We stayed here for a race and it looked nothing like the pictures. I love boutique hotels, but this is like no other boutique hotel I've stayed in (and NOT in a good way!). We were not offered a welcome drink like was advertised at check in. The lobby was decent but the hallway to our room was the first clue we should have walked out. It was dark, dingy, and dirty. The room was decent at first glance but then we went into the bathroom. We saw stained ceiling tiles, badly patched holes in the wall, and lots mold around the tub. The sheets had holes in them and the room needed to be vacuumed. There was a big storm during our stay and the window started leaking badly during our stay. We had to

Wish I had seen the warning on trip advisor before I had booked this dump. Supposedly people with an investment in this property increased the positive reviews. I can say that is totally believable. I booked through Hotwire and will be contacting them. Ok so it’s a 2 and a half star place. Not expecting grandeur. I remember this place from my years living in Omaha. I haven’t been back in since I left in the 80’s so I don’t remember areas just by location. It used to be a not so good area and it still looks rather depressed. It’s not near the old market, not near any attractions but just on the outskirts of downtown. Close to Creighton University and the art museum. So we walk in and I can see the look that they are going for. Sort of modern and co with plastic plexiglass

Dirty, holes in walls, non smoking room smelled like smoke. I tried to call the front desk but there was no answer. The attendant told me her phone didn’t work. There was a man sitting/sleeping on bench outside for hours. If you’re just looking for a mattress to sleep on that is only a few years past it’s good use... this place will do
