Our AC wasn’t working…Checking in our room was 76 degrees. Turned AC on and it blew hot musty air the entire stay. When we left the next AM around 10 it was 78 degrees. Awful…never again; many much better places to stay in Omaha

The customer service was absolutely Amazing. Denise, the employee who helped me, was so helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the orpheum theater and the old market. I will be staying again.

Wonderful experience, most of it because if Denise who was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. We needed a few room and adjustments and questions regarding local entertainment, ect. Love this city and hotel!

Stayed at Hotel Deco for a girls weekend. This hotel is in a great Location. We went to the CHI center for a concert. Eddie, the shuttle driver not only picked us up at the airport, but shuttled us to the concert. He was so kind and friendly. We also attended a show right across the street at the Orpheum Theater. The historic market district is an easy walk from the hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. A shoutout to Hannah and Jeff. They went out of their way to get us extra supplies when we needed them. They were very helpful. I give our weekend 5 stars.

The stay at Hotel Deco was perfect, beautifully renovated historic building with a modern “art deco” vibe. Denise at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, even going out of her way to explain some of the history of the hotel!

We had a great stay! Location, amenities, and people could not have been better. Denise was wonderful to us and accommodated to our busy work schedule and helped us check in early. Overall, I thought Hotel Deco was a great way to experience Omaha.

Travelling for business, this was a hotel I used to frequently stay at but got away from the past few years. I have them another chance and glad I did. Denise at the front desk was super helpful in getting me into my room early and making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Appreciate the personal care and above and beyond hospitality.

Great location in downtown Omaha, within a couple blocks of walking to the Old Market and a few blocks from the Riverfront. Offers valet parking, has a restaurant and lounge onsite. Right next door is the unique cocktail bar, the Wicked Rabbit.

This is a great little boutique hotel that’s been around in Omaha for a very long time however, it’s been thoroughly redecorated using the theme of Alice in Wonderland. The staff was outstanding, particularly Denise at the front desk, who was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We even got a nice upgrade just for the asking. The rooms are exquisitely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and by any standard, the rooms are huge. It clearly looks redecorated and has a new feeling to it. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend using this hotel in Omaha
