The breakfast and location was the only good things. Front desk was short and had to ask about the breakfast since they never brought it up. Hallways were Soo hot no cooling at all and smelled. There is no sound proofing you can hear people above you clearly and loudly, you can hear any conversations in the hallway and if there is a connected door to another room like my room had you can hear their conversation and tv. There was lipstick on towels and pillows in room.

Hello, My overall stay was nice. This hotel is located in a prime location. My stay at this location was one week and on the first night I ran into an issue with the bathtub. The water did not drain as fast, so therefor, I was standing in a foot of water while taking a shower. Since it was late in the evening, I had requested for the plumber to come in the morning instead of fixing the issue that evening. When I came home from work the following day, I could tell that the plumber did come to fix the issue, however I found that the inside of my toilet bowl had black residue....so I assumed the plumber had also did something to the toilet. My toilet was really gross and bathroom had a bad smell. The cleaning crew cleaned the toilet the next day. However, I had requested for my sheets to be changed out and am not sure if they actually changed out my sheets or just made my bed because I found hair on the sheets. The breakfast could be improved with more menu selections as they served the same items, just rotated the items on different days. The staff that assisted me was Zachary and Matthew. Both provided top notch customer service and made me feel welcomed.

The hotel was in a great location in the Market area of downtown Omaha. Parking garage was great. The hotel seemed to be beat up with blue painters tape holding up trim in a hallway. The pool was nice but had to request pool towels twice and the dirty towel bin was overflowing. For breakfast, it was convenient but based on a recent stay at a Hyatt Place in Greenville, SC, the comparison of customer service, accommodation conditions and the breakfast was poor at this location. I believe this is primarily due to the front desk help that basically stood there and did nothing. In fact when I asked for the overflowing trash bin to be empty in the breakfast area (if they expect guest to remove their trash and dishes), the clerk replied they were at full capacity. I turned around and said, “that doesn’t mean you provide bad service.” I’m not sure that we will stay in another Hyatt Place.

We spent two nights at the Hyatt and we would definitely stay there again. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. They have an attached parking garage that is super convenient and helped keep our car relatively cool in the sweltering Nebraska summer heat. The hotel is located near many bars, restaurants, and shops. The only negatives were that because we booked our reservation through a third party vendor, we would have to pay for the hotel breakfast. One other strange thing was that our shower door did not close all the way. It was a sliding glass door and it stopped about three inches short, so every time we used the shower, water got all over the floor.

Stayed here on World of Hyatt points for two nights. It was during the College World Series and the hotel was packed with Mississippi State folks (not us). We had a wonderful room. Complimentary bottled water daily.Self-Parking was comped because we used points. Included breakfast(for World of Hyatt members) was excellent. We used the complimentary shuttle with a great driver who took us to a few sites around town. There was a problem at checkout, being charged for one night, but the desk clerk worked with me and World of Hyatt to correct it before we left.
