The element by Westin could use some improvement. I didn't care for the slate-like floors, the full sized kitchen in an otherwise cramped room. It would be nice if the television remote worked but hey, who's counting. The free breakfast was an insult to the travelling community. It was worth the price. I can do without seventy pillows on the... More

We'd never stayed in an Element before and was thrilled with the accommodations. We were greeted with a free beer when we arrived on a Thursday evening on one of the hottest days of the year. The room was beautiful with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. There was a concert in the park near the... More

I am a SPG Platinum member, so I spend roughly ~200 nights per year in hotels. This matters because the hotel that I stay in become more of my home than my actual apartment. It becomes very important to me that the hotel I stay in is welcoming and supportive. I've been staying at the Element Omaha Midtown Crossing every... More

I've stayed there four times in the past year, and my husband easily twice as many. For some reason, it is not possible to retain his room preferences even when he makes reservations a few weeks out. Sometimes we get the room we prefer (not on the busy and loud road side), sometimes not. They vary quite a bit because... More

My family stayed the weekend at the Element for a family reunion. The location was great, the staff was great and the hotel was great. We selected to Element after visiting the hotel and speaking with the staff. I worked with Cindy the Sales Manager to arrange for a block of rooms. Everything worked out great. Thanks.

We are traveling across the country and after an awful night in Cheyenne, WY, we changed our original reservation to stay here. Best decision we could have made! Friendly and accommodating staff, a very clean and lovely room, and a breakfast with nice variety. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept well. We will be returning on our trip back... More

If I remember correctly, this Element was one of the first. Well, age is showing. Our first room smelled very musty so we requested a new one. The second room was marginally better. The furniture was very dirty and that silly pillow on the bed that no one ever seems to need was extremely dirty. Having switched rooms already and... More

We liked our stay. The room was clean with a nice kitchen. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the high priced snacks in the lobby. $3.50 for a snickers is outrageous. I felt like I was taken advantage of just because my wife wanted a snack before going to bed

We stayed here after a 12 hour drive cross country and was worth every penny! The man at the reception desk was super friendly even though we didn't get in till very late. My dog loved it! By far one of the best hotels for dogs but sadly they have an under 50 pound rule. Mine is a therapy dog... More

Stayed here for the triathlon for several days. They staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. Even the cleaning staff say Hi, and ask if anything is needed. The room was very clean and very quiet. Everything was comfortable and worked, ok not the TV but is... More
