quite simply, there is nobody paying attention here. when i checked in, i had to plug lights in (apparently some previous guest had decided to unplug them? perhaps he was wearing a tin foil hat too?) put, that's a good thing because i found the battery power clock under the bed. but wait, it wasn't working. the room looks as...

I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Element Omaha Midtown Crossing Hotel this past weekend while I was in town for a medical school interview. The hotel rooms replicate the feel of a nice, cozy apartment; equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, and cutlery. The waterfall shower and comfy living room were...

My boyfriend and I have been staying here for 5 years now. I have always been impressed with the services and the rooms. They're all away from home comfortable. But our last stay I really want to express how much the Whole entire staff and hotel has wonderfully treated us. Sadly my boyfriend after our last stay in January during...

This eco-friendly hotel reminds one of European hotels where you have to put your room key in a slot to get electricity. Full kitchen, comfy bed, rainfall shower head. Nice computer friendly workspace with free wifi. Better than usual free breakfast and a free happy hour with a beer and a snack. Can't think of much else I would need....

Not the greatest experience. There was an annoying whistling noise in my room that probably was coming from pipes in the wall. They sent up engineering but nobody could find a problem. This noise kept me up all night, but they weren't able to do anything about it. A bit too "green" for my tastes. They did not have all...

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location! Check in and out was super easy, but the best part is they are extremely pet friendly! From the fact they have a dog bowl and treats just inside the door, to the "Pet of the week" display at the front desk, to the fact there is no additional charge, weight limits...

This was a unique experience for us as we stopped for a few hours of rest while traveling from Minneapolis to Las Vegas on a road trip for work. This was our first Element Hotel stay. Loved the location as we walked out of the hotel to find food. Service was great. Rooms were nice. I loved the kitchenette :)...

The Element provided a great stay while we were in Omaha for a wedding. The room was clean, bright, eco-friendly, and well-equipped. The room had a full-size refrigerator, microwave, cook top, cookware, utensils, etc. EVERY staff member that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Customer satisfaction truly seemed important to them. I highly recommend the Element.

Spent the night here on Jan 3rd for business. After traveling all day, the check in process was a breeze. I asked for and received a high floor room away from the elevator. It is pet friendly - I saw a couple dogs at the hotel and noted they weren't confined the first floor. Impressed the room had a full...
