If I remember correctly, this Element was one of the first. Well, age is showing. Our first room smelled very musty so we requested a new one. The second room was marginally better. The furniture was very dirty and that silly pillow on the bed that no one ever seems to need was extremely dirty. Having switched rooms already and... More

We liked our stay. The room was clean with a nice kitchen. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the high priced snacks in the lobby. $3.50 for a snickers is outrageous. I felt like I was taken advantage of just because my wife wanted a snack before going to bed

We stayed here after a 12 hour drive cross country and was worth every penny! The man at the reception desk was super friendly even though we didn't get in till very late. My dog loved it! By far one of the best hotels for dogs but sadly they have an under 50 pound rule. Mine is a therapy dog... More

Stayed here for the triathlon for several days. They staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. Even the cleaning staff say Hi, and ask if anything is needed. The room was very clean and very quiet. Everything was comfortable and worked, ok not the TV but is... More

I have never stayed at element hotel but this stay was so amazing. This hotel is located in Midtown. The room was so clean, large, and calm. The cooking equipments were in the room. Happy hour service was at the lobby. The front staffs were so kind. I liked this hotel. But there is no bathtub in my room and... More

This is a clean hotel with a fantastic location. They do pump a bunch of scents through their air system though so be aware of that if you are allergic to such things. The room was free of the scents but the lobby and hallways were fairly strong. I dislike when places pump scents into the air as I feel... More

We enjoyed our stay at Element Midtown Crossing. Our room was great and spacious and the location was good with a lot of wonderful restaurant choices within walking distance. The breakfast is good with some unusual choices and not your standard breakfast fare.

Staff was superb. Parking is secure and under cover at a reasonable rate. Although, breakfast & lunch was simple, it was very good and in most cases, rather unique. Several restaurants and shopping is just a short walk away. Will definitely look forward to visiting again.

Spent 4 nights while visiting family in Omaha. Location great while attending events at Turner Park. Breakfast each morning changed slightly. Hot cereal was either oatmeal or cream of wheat. Each day two choices of hot egg sandwiches. Fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, Danish or donuts, bagels toast, English muffins. Three different juices, coffee and tea. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator,... More

As far as Starwood hotels goes this is the worst. Not a very friendly greeting upon arriving. I was given no explanation of the hotel or breakfast yet I overheard the person after me getting told specifics. Not a big deal. The hotel is very contemporary in design which is cool. Not very clean as far as scuff marks on... More
