We spent 2 weeks at Belambra Saint Paul de Vence.
Good points :
- A magnificent setting within a vast wooded area.
- a great team of very friendly and dynamic animators, and very attentive!
- a well-managed mini club
- Lovely swimming pools for all ages
- A very friendly swimming instructor for children. (Thank you Vincent)
Negative points :
- Sloppy room cleaning: dust bunnies under the beds, clean duvet cover provided but dirty duvets…
- No control relating to the intrusion of external people into the swimming pool.
When we arrive, we are asked to put on the club bracelets to differentiate ourselves from people staying nearby who come to use the swimming pool and deckchairs without authorization.
On August 15, the swimming pool is crowded, no more free deckchairs, far too many people: many people do not have bracelets, we hear people boasting about having had the idea to come and squat the swimming pool because we are going back here easily, people dive into the pool fully dressed... and despite the presence of the Belambra team, nothing is done to regulate things.
It would be relevant to protect the residents who paid to benefit from the swimming pool and the infrastructure.
Despite these inconveniences, we will keep beautiful memories of this vacation and the welcome that was given.

Aging site and be aware that for people with walking difficulties, do not book this club where there are stairs everywhere. A lot of on-site travel to be expected depending on the location of the accommodation.
The commercial service is not very accommodating because wanting to extend it by 2 days more, they did not want to give me the unit price that I had with my CE for a difference of €20. However, the infrastructure is aging, dark accommodation, sofas for sleeping, the exterior floors of the club grounds are covered with pebbles which do not make walking easy and if it rains it is very slippery.
On the other hand, the restaurant/entertainment staff are very, very kind, the restaurant manager is a sweetheart, so thanks to Sylvain - Babou - Léa - Max and his incredible record of carrying dirty plates. Without them, everything would have been much less pleasant.
Bravo for their daily sympathy.

We had a very good stay. The accommodations were spacious with a kitchenette even with half board, which is not the case in all Belambras, as was air conditioning in both the parents and children's room. The meals were good and varied. The entertainment team was very pleasant and put on great shows. Thanks to Tatiana, Max, Babou and the whole team.
We also thank the lifeguard Vincent, who is very educational and patient with our child who is now starting to swim without his armbands. On the other hand, the prices of snacks near the swimming pool were excessive: roast chicken at €30 and baguettes at €1.50 and €1.70!

+1
Our family experience at Belambra de la Colle sur Loup was just exceptional!!!!€ The staff, the team of animators, the management, the chef, the coaches for Things to do are all very nice, smiling and really caring for all the guests. Everything is done to have a great holiday. Many Sports Things to do, has swimming pool, multi-sports courts, tennis, beach volleyball, playgrounds, mini golf, kids club with exceptional entertainers to take care of the children. Great shows. Beautiful choreography and singing. Facilitators really give of themselves and invest a lot. Good mood and good atmosphere. The whole family from the smallest to the largest feasted, the place is beautiful, soothing, reassuring, no risks compared to vehicles with children because cars park in a parking lot and everything is very well done on foot. Luggage transfer is very good. Makes you want to come back every vacation. Our accommodation was very well placed and very nice with everything necessary. Sheets and towels provided. Half board cuisine is excellent, very varied and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend.

Having been regulars at holiday clubs for years, we are very disappointed with our 15-day stay in August 2023.
4th time in this club and it definitely gets worse from year to year.
Positive points: The site. Pedestrian and wooded, it's really beautiful and authentic. The setting is magnificent.
Negative points:
The animation: no soul. No reference, leader, customization...basic animations without preparation...the invisible direction, it's soft, it's transparent, we're bored to death.
The children's club: our daughter went there for 2 days.
At 2 years old she is not accompanied to the toilet...in short, it's not very reassuring.
The swimming pool: Frozen the first week. Response from Belambra; it's for the environment (we heat little or not at all) and the water is for cooling.
We couldn't bathe or swim. A torture. Before the protests slightly heated the 2nd week...but really abused.
Friendly swimming instructor saves the mood a little.
The Catering: Nil. Canteen. And again...because not Basics every night.
And the specialties are rare if you are not first in line to go to dinner
Bland and repetitive. Total regret for having taken half board. The restaurant's hours are very limited and you have to arrive exactly on time, even on Sunday, otherwise it's curtains 10 minutes before closing. Long live the holidays!
The pool snack; we eat better than in the restaurant (not difficult at the same time) but the reception is cold. Big remark from the manager if you take 2 children's menus at the same time. You have to prove that you have 2 children....the price is steep too.
Sport: no common thread, no reminder, no presentation or invitation...it's bland!!!
The parking lot: our windshield wipers were broken twice. Reaction from the club: total silence....then lip service via a young receptionist we were offered a cocktail ticket as compensation.
To conclude, very poor value for money. I'm disappointed because it's a waste. When Belambra hires competent people it could make things easier but this is really overkill.

A top team! 2 weeks of stay and a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A big favorite for Lulu, our versatile host who is always smiling and caring with a lot of humor.
Max who could host TV shows; presentation and animation are in its DNA.
Babou, our favorite choreographer and dancer who designs shows worthy of professional shows and who is so passionate and invested that we would like to see more people like him.
I have not forgotten Arthur and his great voice as well as César, a tightrope walker and juggler during the shows but who also hosts different swimming pool challenges every day.
You can entrust your children to Vincent, a swimming instructor, who knows how to erase fears when learning and who runs quality aquagym classes for adults.
Manon and her fitness classes: a great professional who is reassuring, caring and leaves no one behind by adapting her classes to the different levels of the group. Stretching, sh’bam, yoga, abs, etc. Very varied courses and guaranteed fitness!
Top entertainers for the children's clubs too, in particular Arthur to whom we entrusted our 2 shy teenagers and who really blossomed under his contact.
I also don’t forget the team of multi-talented bartenders: talented dancers and “bottle jugglers” who participate in the shows in the evening in addition to their work.
Finally, I thank the management team who make all this possible by letting everyone express themselves with their talent and kindness.
Above all, don’t change anything, we’ll come back next year!

magnificent setting in the pine forest - quite close to Nice airport -
the village 2.5 km away easy descent (uphill + slow necessarily) but it can be done on foot - you can take a bus from the village of La Colle to go to ST PAUL de Vence or Cagnes sur mer and Nice - in summer a shuttle -
the very nice animators they set the mood: Max - Babou -
the service staff very kind - smiling - ready to help -
especially Théo - Medhi - and 2 young girls - the very courageous and efficient cooks
the manager quite nice - but the accommodation manager much less so - the buffet very varied - very fresh - the only problem: some accommodation:
16 m studio - 103-104-105 C - too small - for 2 - there is one the French window doesn't open - blocked by the bed - another has no French window just a small one window and the 3rd we cannot pass the bed takes up the entire surface to go to the window door you have to climb on the bed - yet you say spacious accommodation - the bathrooms are good - clean and large enough (but we don't does not live in the bathroom - and in addition when you come across a studio with a connecting door you hear all the noises of the neighbors (but really everything) and in addition seen on the trash cans - the balcony corridor is shared with 3 studios - so you end up with 1m2 (small table, only one chair for 2, you cannot put the dryer in) the neighbor's door would be blocked, you should not rent these studio rooms for 2 people (smaller than a hotel room) - the bed is a sofa (I admit good quality) but the iron bars of this sofa gave me bruises since there was not enough space - too bad everything else was good - room very dark (permanent light)
without the room I would have happily given it 5/5
good swimming pool - deckchairs - lots of games for children -

We have just spent a week in this Hotel Club as part of a cycling course. We would like to say all the good things we think of this stay: very pleasant, spacious and well-maintained setting. The services (quality of bedding, catering, very beautiful swimming pools) are of a good level. The young staff is very pleasant and responsive: special mention to Anais, always attentive to customers' wishes. The location of this Belambra is ideal for those who want to visit the immediate surroundings without wasting too much time in traffic jams on the coast.

Maybe family stays in apartments with kitchenettes are pleasant, but if you come in a group, you should especially avoid it. You find yourself with more than 100 people at the same time at the buffet and your meal must last 45 minutes because there are other groups waiting afterwards. At breakfast, only one machine for coffee which was always in operation for more than 100 people. The very friendly staff did what they could to alleviate the inconvenience but there were not enough of them. In addition, the heating did not work in many rooms and the shower was tiny. If you have difficulty getting around, you should know that there are many steps to access everything, even in the apartments.
