Good location just on the edge of CBD. Room large and amenities fine. Breakfast was included. On the second morning however,we arrived at the dining room at 8.30am to be told there was no milk, cereal or fruit. Not good enough!

As a Choice Privilege member and always stay at Choice Hotels. First time stay at this Clarion Suites for a total of 9 days. The staff accommodated our very early arrival and late departure and were all very professional, pleasant, and helpful during our stay especially the front desk staff, Jennifer, Ellse, and Jasmine . The bedding was comfortable and...

First I would like to say that the front desk staff were awesome. They were friendly, had great suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast just got worse each of the four days we stayed there. The sausage and gravy for the biscuits was freezing cold. the eggs were burnt with black char, the potato cubes were hard as rocks. Other guests...

Arriving monthly for a physician appointment. This place offers a microwave and a small refrigerator which makes it easy for me because of dietary restrictions. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is well maintained and in a quiet area of the downtown. I enjoy staying there.

Great quick get-away hotel for a family. The room has a door between the "bedroom" (we had two queens) and the "living room" which had a good out couch, tv, fridge and additional sink. Kids were thrilled with the pool and jacuzzi. It's in the parking lot of Benihana restaurant which is a nice perk, (but I wouldn't recommend the...

No, it isn't the Ritz. But it is a clean, cozy hotel... and it is a suite... at a reasonable price, at least in the winter when rates in Anchorage are a bit better. My heat was not working properly, but all I had to do was mention it to the staff and it was taken care of promptly... and...

We wanted a not so expensive place to visit when we arrived in Alaska, this place was good for a couple days. The girl at the front desk during check in was wonderful, she let us know about the area and the rewards program offered from the hotel group. We hadn't heard that from anywhere else, and didn't hear it...

the experience could have been better if staff had been responsive and cooperative, the only good thing was car parking area available within the premises of property. the shortcomings can be improved by availability of food services

At first I booked this property based purely on price, it was cheaper! However after check in and getting to my room I was pleasantly surprised, the room was very big, with a separate lounge and office area with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast that was included was also good.
