The Lakefront Hotel was clean and the restaurant was average but clearly the shuttle service was second to none with transportation into Anchorage, the airport, and The Alaska Railroad. The Concierge was most helpful in helping us to decide on day trips.

We usually stay here once a year. The location of this hotel is great. It's close to the Ted Stevens airport and shuttle service back and forth is superb. The back deck/dining area is a beautiful place to have lunch or dinner if weather permits. The float planes landing and taking of at the adjacent lake are very fun to... More

We stayed here twice this month, once at the beginning of our trip and again at the end 3.5 weeks later. We were traveling with a dog so we requested the same room on the bottom floor by the side door. We had a very comfortable king size bed, clean room, but we were camping in an RV while here... More

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night on a room only basis at the start of our escorted tour of Alaska with Titan Travel. The hotel, on the shore of Lake Hood, is located close to the airport so we only had a short journey to the hotel after our long flight from London via Reykjavik to Anchorage.... More

We stayed at the Lakefront Anchorage for two days while touring Alaska this August. Our first impression was NOT a good one. Despite the fact that our entire group had made and paid for reservations for upgraded rooms overlooking the lake all ten of us were placed in rooms with no views (our in fact was right next to a... Selected at this Inn based on trip advisor reviews and web site pictures. Having stayed at other Millennium properties I was disappointed in the quality of the rooms at the property. While the lobby is dated, it provides a sense of the Alaska wildlife. The baths were not cleaned properly and the bath tubs had mold rings around the caulking.... More

The Lakefront Hotel is spread out with a maze of hallways. Our room was at the farthest end of this maze of hallways. The hotel is older, but it has a unique Alaskan feeling. Our room was comfortable, but nothing special. The two restaurants attached to the hotel were very nice with good food--- "The Fancy Moose Restaurant" and the... More

This hotel was good. Great bell staff that took good care of our bags during our ncl extended excursion. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. Our view during our two stays was the parking lot, but we were with cruise tour and so I don't expect many of our group had views. Free hourly downtown shuttle stops @7pm so... More

This hotel has a spacious lobby that could be an attraction in itself. The lobby is full of Alaskan artifacts, history as well as taxidermy specimens of a polar bear, a Kodiak bear and various other animals. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The back of the hotel faces a lake which is used for float... More

A nice hotel not far from the airport - great after the pretty long flight... Rooms are spacious and comfortable, well appointed and clean. The restaurant and terrace are having a great view to the lake used by floating planes to land and depart. Great parking and wifi works...
