I really enjoyed staying at the Wildflower. Prices were reasonable and what a great breakfast. When you get there you learn some history of the house and neighborhood which I always enjoy learning about. The rooms were nicely decorated and you could hardly ever hear anyone else in the house. Larry and Allan were great host and enjoyable to talk... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sunflower apts of the Wildflower Inn on our first two nights in Alaska. Larry and Allan are wonderful hosts. They were beyond warm and welcoming, helping us to get quickly acquainted with the city and the area that they clearly love. Breakfast at the Inn was delicious and a great way to... More

This bed and breakfast felt more like being at home than just renting a room. Accommodations are wonderful right from the comfortable bed, our own lounging area, the terrific food served each breakfast, and the local tourist information offered by the owners. Location is convenient for walking downtown and has plenty of parking. Owners keep the home and gardens immaculate... More

Our first stop and our very first experience in a B&B was amazing. The host Larry and Alan was very welcoming. I loved his breakfast and specially reindeer sausage. It was near the downtown and the rooms were great. The ambiance, the flowers were perfect.

Always so nice to stop by Wildflower Inn!! It's warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it a home away from home- where ever you are from. The Lupine room is a very comfortable two room suite plus modern bathroom. The breakfasts were excellent, as were the hosts. Larry engaged everyone in interesting and informative conversation during each of our 3 mornings. Also, easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and museums.

Wonderful place to stay in Anchorage. Hosts Allan and Larry are very welcoming. Breakfast is pretty amazing with the usual choices and then a special entree like a custard Finnish pancake or something else that they have decided to whip up. Clean and spacious room and modern bathroom with a super shower. TV, wifi, and book exchange. A few blocks... More

I would recommend everyone to stay at this B&B. It is such a nice family atmosphere and a very pretty house. The room was cozy and clean. Compared to other hotels/motels it is a great value for your money.

Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early by train. But the warm welcome by Larry and Alan made up for it. He greeted us in german. The Suite was very spacious and the bathroom was a blast. Nice shower with big space. We loved it there.

This is a terrific B&B in a convenient location. Our hosts were helpful and fun to be with. We needed accommodations for married couple and adult daughter. We appreciated the upstairs suite that included bedroom with king-size bed and comfortable futon bed in sitting room. Updated, modern bathroom was the best we encountered on 10-day trip. Breakfasts were outstanding. Thank... More
